I will never go back to Charleston and Rainbow location not great customer service we spend $100 plus every single morning before start working that’s the closest one at our Dealership so all our Managers and Salespeople purchase coffee on that location today I don’t appreciate the Attitude ,

I haven't tried any of the food here but I've had lots of drinks and they're all made great and they'll do things pretty exactly as you ask. I've only seen like a few problems ever with people's drinks. It's expected....I mean when someone asks for 15 extra things and they're a sprouts (healthy) shopper...yeah things can go wrong. Its a bit small for a Starbucks so get in there early or dont expect a seat to chill on all day. Its always...

The people are super nice and they know how to make coffee the way I like it. I never have to wait too long. I usually get a cold brew with no sweetener and they never ever mess up and put sweetener in it like other places in town. Thanks, Starbucks!
