Not a fan of Starbucks. Just went there to accompany a friend who wanted to buy a souvenir mug.
This is usually the one I come to. I’m usually just in and out when I order online but today was different. Big shoutout to this location for helping me this morning. My dumbass ordered for the wrong location but they helped me fix it here. I didn’t catch her name but if you read this, thank you so much. I would’ve tipped more if I’d had more cash on me.

This experience was horrible I went at this location at 5:51 pm and all I was Ted was a cup of water to which I went through drive thru and I politely asked for a cup of water to which Ricky the drive thru person said I need to make a purchase in order to get a cup of water, I work in the same industry so I know where he is coming from and I agreed so I ordered a chocolate cookie and he said that didn’t have any and my replied was since you guys are out of it can I get my cup of water and he refused my thing here is that he needs to learn hospitality 1on 1, it not my fault that you couldn’t fulfill your own requirements and now I couldn’t get my. Up of water. Trust and believe this was my third time going to Starbucks but man you guys dropped the ball like no other it was frustrating because my 2 y/o wanted water and we left with no water in this hot summer but full of disappointment

This Starbucks location at Craig and Jones is one of our reliable go-tos when we’re out and about in northwest Las Vegas. The staff here is consistently friendly and they keep the line moving pretty fast, even during the morning rush. Whether you’re mobile ordering or walking in, the drinks are made well and the place is kept clean. There's also plenty of seating inside if you need a place to chill, work, or meet up.
As local Las Vegas streamers with Neon City Walkers, we’re always stopping by different spots, and this one deserves a shoutout. It’s conveniently located right by several other shops, making it a perfect pit stop before or after errands. Parking is easy, and we’ve even had a few spontaneous livestreams from this very Starbucks. Solid spot—definitely recommend for locals and tourists in the area.
Parking isn't the best the drive through is horribly designed.
They always have my order ready and are always giving fantastic customer service!
So I like to go to Starbucks a lot and I added this one in on my rotation for awhile. I would come here and work on my laptop for a couple hours maybe once a week. First off, it smells like homeless people in the back corner of the Starbucks. Even when I would use a sanitizing wipe on the chair and table, the smell would still be lingering. I actually saw one of the Starbucks employees call in the police one time to kick out a homeless person while I was working on my laptop. Talk about a show. I remember seeing another guy walk out all upset as well and I think he was homeless and was asked to leave.
My second complaint besides the lingering smell in the back corner is how cold they keep it in this Starbucks. It’s as if their heater doesn’t work at all in the winter time. Not sure if the owner is trying to save on energy but I was freezing my butt off even with pants and a long sleeve shirt.
Third complaint was I asked for ice on the side once, with my iced coffee, and this was the only Starbucks that actually gave me ice in one cup and then half a cup of coffee in the second cup. I looked at the barista all dumbfounded and she said refills are free. I shrugged my shoulders and said more work for you I guess. I’m sure this is a rule set by the owner, but just goes to show how stingy the owner is with their coffee and electricity.
The last and final complaint I had was how embarrassed I felt my last time there. I’m generally a friendly person, but I heard the employees laughing in the back room. This was shortly after I had a platonic conversation with two of the workers, one guy and one girl. I won’t say the names to prevent throwing people under the bus. But I could only assume I was being laughed at. So as I walked out I decided that was my last time there for all the reasons mentioned above. Out of all the Starbucks in Vegas, this was one of the worst ones in my honest experience.

It may be small, but it is mighty. The baristas here are awesome. This is my local go-to every morning. My request for light ice is perfect. Every morning in my hot coffee. They are fast, friendly and as always, the same Starbucks quality. Highly recommend this spot if you need a coffee shop to work in. Doesn't get too busy on the inside. Bathrooms are always clean. Thank you Starbucks employees for always brightening my morning
