Today, February 2nd, at 7 PM, even though your listed hours say you’re open until 8:30 PM, I was not let into the store and was told it was closed. The cashier, a guy with a beard, refused service without any explanation. I expect the store to honor its hours and treat customers with respect. I’m disappointed and leaving a one-star review.

When you have to have your drink remade three times, there is definitely a problem. With the order taker who got it wrong to the woman making a terrible cup of coffee twice and then to have a manager needing to redo it for a third time should be embarrassing for them. Once it was made twice incorrectly someone should have offered a refund. Just irritating to have to hover to make sure it’s done right.

The only complain that it shows on Google maps they close at 8:30 now it's 7:15 Honda store is only working drive through. They should update their hours of service. After 7:00 only drive-thru

I asked to use the bathroom (mind you I’m an HVAC technician in work clothes) told me I need to make a purchase. Starbucks is losing so many customers they need to get what they can get I guess.

If you ever wanted to go in a drive through and have the person say the least amount of words to you then make sure Mr. Marcus is working the window. This lovely young man waited for me to notice him holding my drink in my face silently at the drive thru instead of saying anything. Even after I said thank you he just nodded as I drove away. So hopefully when you go to the drive through at this location, he’s having a better day.

I'm not sure if the guy was having a rough day or something, but when my husband politely requested light ice in his drink, it seemed like they purposely filled the entire cup with ice instead. We even had to repeat our order two times, and he still managed to get it wrong.

I used to come to this Starbucks when I lived in this side of town. So I knew I could rely on them.

Slowest Starbucks on the planet…I will never understand why this location moves so slow. Don’t stop here because if there’s more than 3 cars they will take 40 mins to make your coffee

The girl at the window early this morning, so rude snatched the money out of my hand, let all my change drop on the ground and didn’t give a damn she ignored it and me like it didn’t even happen. Customer service has truly gone to hell and so have respect and manners.

Experiencing heat exhaustion is no basis for water. Cashier today June 20th at 11am only concerned with me making a purchase, after I just spent $20 on coffee at the Starbucks five lights down same street, using app, and a Cherry Chai in my clean reusable. It's 100 degrees and climbing outside on a clear day in this desert.
