Cashier today June 20th at 11am only concerned with me making a purchase, after I just spent $20 on coffee at the Starbucks five lights down same street, using app, and a Cherry Chai in my clean reusable. It's 100 degrees and climbing outside on a clear day in this desert.

The women with black hair and glasses has horrible customer service she was so rude to me and she didnt even write the amount on the 3 gift cards I purchased, when I asked her to do so she said their not suppose too. 😳 she was working at drive thru 5/26/25 at 2:34.. I won’t be coming back to this location..

I I stopped by to buy a caramel Frappuccino. It was nothing but blended ice with very little flavor of coffee. They supposed to be made it. The cashier say so . Obviously they turn around and gave me the same drink. That will be the last time I will spend money at least on this location . I don’t mind to spend money but it has to be worth it

This Starbucks on rainbow boulevard is a really large and modern location. Tons of places for seating, and lots of counter space for walk-up orders. The team working here were friendly and accommodating and we got our order very quickly

I hope these employees got a raise Starbucks! These prices go up EVERYDAY! First it's a few cents, then 10-15 cents a WEEK and now in a few months a dollar increase! I know I have a choice to not come here and spend more money but what's going on? Your brand ideals are all woke and then you gouge the market. We can't afford to tip your staff. Hope you gave them more money.

I come to this Starbucks EVERYDAY. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and competent. I spend probably $1000 per month here. The bacon gruyere egg bites are delicious. HOWEVER, who ever manages or stocks this store is not business savvy. They run out of bags all the time and now they are out of drink carriers. Please learn how to put in recurring order on bags. If you already have one, please decrease the duration between your deliveries so that they come more often and you don't run out. Thank you.

Avoid this location. The drive thru wait time is extremely long. And so is the lobby wait time as well. I ordered in the app and was given a 12 min pick up time. It should have not taken 30 min extra at the drive thru.
