I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience really stood out. It was our first time at this coffee shop and we stopped in to finish some paperwork for our investment home, ordered drinks, and stayed for a bit. Before leaving, my husband needed to use the restroom and an employee named Nikki asked if he had bought something.
What made it strange was that during the time we were there, I saw multiple people given a code to use the restroom without being asked the same question. The inconsistency felt unprofessional. At the end of the day, employees are here because of paying customers like us, and that should be remembered.
We won’t be returning to this location... Do better.

visited the Starbucks next to Pinkbox Doughnuts, but unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t great. It tasted more like milk than a good, strong coffee. A bit disappointing.

Today is the last day that I will be visiting this location, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to my house with a drive thru. I would say 90% of the time my drink tastes different. I get either an iced caramel macchiato or a brown sugar shaken espresso with caramel drizzle. Today I paid extra money for caramel drizzle and of course, there is none in my cup. And it’s really bitter! It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get it. If you are looking for another near by— The starbucks inside albertsons on buffalo and Vegas drive is consistent and my drinks are always so good! Go there instead!
Emphasized extra Carmel for my drink, got charged for it and maybe 5 stripes on the side. My second drink was a quad and tasted more like milk then coffee.

This location is GROSS! There is another Starbucks on Rampart you should really go there if you can. I was watching them make my drink inside this location one day and I am absolutely repulsed to say the least lol. The girl making drinks was not rinsing out the cups she was using between drinks. When she noticed me watching, she started half ass rinsing them out, like barely letting any water in to clean at all. So so gross.
