Decided to give this Starbucks one more try, and now I’m just over it they always make the drinks how they want never taste right, I love that they have a drive through and I can order ahead but now I decided I’m done after todays drink. To charge almost 10$ for a venti and to still not be satisfied is so upsetting considering I LOVE Starbucks. I decided I won’t use the luxury of going through the drive through to get my Starbucks. I will now walk into the Starbucks in Albertsons in the same parking lot the lady’s and gentlemen ALWAYS greet you with a smile and make the drinks correct in the Albertsons Starbucks. This is So frustrating/sad can’t even get someone to answer the phone either is crazy.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come here everyday and they brighten my day. The workers greet as you come in and as you are leaving. Paid for a venti, got a grande. I mentioned it and he offered to add more foam. Like what!? Guess I'll drive a little farther for better service. This isn't the first time and the tast of the matcha with sweet foam is always off.

We used the drive thru on Sunday. The blond girl with glasses and a yellow shirt just has the worst attitude, she obviously hates her job! Ordered 3 drinks and a cookie and when i asked for straws she was very annoyed I’m surprised her eyes didn’t stay on the back of her head. When i told her to have a better day she dismissed me with her hand. She needs a new job!!!

This is a very well kept, well run Starbucks. The staff was super friendly. The store itself was larger than most and was very clean. I'll go out of my way to use this location.
Parking: In a shopping center directly off Hwy 95 at Craig Rd with plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and SB is all one story. ?

Just went through the drive through and even though I got thrown off by ordering it. I don’t normally grab it myself (totally spoiled I know xD). Anyways yeah besides me getting everyone confused, everyone was so friendly. I also want to commend them on making an absolutely amazing drink. I normally ask for a mocha frappe with two shots of espresso and cinnamon powder mixed in. When I say drown my drink in cinnamon pour the whole jar in lol. I don’t normally ask to do that because I found out I don’t like the normal amount everyone else does lol. So they made it the way I like it and it was beyond amazing!

Horrible don't go to this location! I got a ice drink this morning and there was a long strand of hair at the top of my cup! I took it back in the store and the manager on duty I believe his name is Daniel with a long beard refused to help he was " too busy giving water at the drive thru". Then a different associate assisted. Asked if I wanted a new drink, I was so upset I just wanted my money back, he gave it on a gift card. So I had to go to work with no coffee! Horrible location, Horrible leadership!
