Very sweet man named Dylan took my order, he was very patient with me finding my change, he asked me how my day was and was an overall pleasure to interact with. And the iced pumpkin spice latte was fire of course!

Always enjoy this starbucks, it's nice and fresh crisp looking atmosphere. You are always greeted upon entry, the staff seems authentic kind and caring. Most of the time it's quiet which is nice to get writing done or whatever you do to have a calm relaxing coffee or tea break.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THE MORNING!!! IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET TO WORK. YOU WILL NOT BE IN AND OUT HERE. IVE BEEN IN DRIVETHRU FOR 15 ACTUAL MINUTES. GO ANYWHERE ELSE
If it weren’t so close to home, I’d NEVER go to this location. Every time I come to THIS Starbucks, all I ask is to switch the milk in my drink to Vanilla Sweet Cream. This is not only the only location that charges me extra for it (and an EXTRA EXTRA charge if I ask for a bit more) and STILL MAKES IT WRONG every time.

I have going to this location for over 7 years. This location used to be great. That is no longer the case. The wait time is LONG and ridiculous and the order is usually 90% WRONG. Staff doesnt seem to care anymore. The turn over is so noticeable.
The staff is not trained the same at all. You get different answers to questions from different employees. The managers change often and when they do have one that cares... they don't stay long. The mgr today told me that I was rude. I was just letting her know that I am at a loss at how to ask for my drink ( since her staff cannot comprehend my request) She told me I was rude when in reality she was the rude one. She did not seem to care and charged me for a redo today.. When I called her back to remind her it should have been a redo.... she stated she would write my name down for my next trip.
Starbucks, why change the Medicine Ball recipe?.... the new one sucks for those of us that have had it for over 9 years everyday. They are not cheap drinks and now that I have to request a custom order for this drink the price really increased only to get it handed to me incorrectly anyways. I am at a loss for words at how the service at this location specifically has changed. No one cares. There are some staff members that seem to have just jumped out of bed and drove to work (greasy ,unkept hair). I am very disappointed and will most likely stop going here. I have too many choices to get my daily coffee / tea to continue to be treated as if I am not important and no one cares to do their job anymore.

Decided to give this Starbucks one more try, and now I’m just over it they always make the drinks how they want never taste right, I love that they have a drive through and I can order ahead but now I decided I’m done after todays drink. To charge almost 10$ for a venti and to still not be satisfied is so upsetting considering I LOVE Starbucks. I decided I won’t use the luxury of going through the drive through to get my Starbucks. I will now walk into the Starbucks in Albertsons in the same parking lot the lady’s and gentlemen ALWAYS greet you with a smile and make the drinks correct in the Albertsons Starbucks. This is So frustrating/sad can’t even get someone to answer the phone either is crazy.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come here everyday and they brighten my day. The workers greet as you come in and as you are leaving. I am having hard times and they have no idea what they are doing for me everyday with how lovely they are. I want to say thank you to this Starbucks. Many blessings

Paid for a venti, got a grande. I mentioned it and he offered to add more foam. Like what!? Guess I'll drive a little farther for better service. This isn't the first time and the tast of the matcha with sweet foam is always off.

We used the drive thru on Sunday. The blond girl with glasses and a yellow shirt just has the worst attitude, she obviously hates her job! Ordered 3 drinks and a cookie and when i asked for straws she was very annoyed I’m surprised her eyes didn’t stay on the back of her head. When i told her to have a better day she dismissed me with her hand. She needs a new job!!!
