Worst customer service at this location. The drive-thru worker and the staff making drinks consistently have poor attitudes. This feels like a leadership issue, not an isolated incident.

Don't bother going in to order a drink unless you want to be ignored. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my drink while everyone else came and went. Over 40, female or disabled = not welcome.

I'm here at this Starbucks right now. I was getting my laptop ready and as I was sitting here getting it ready to plug it in one worker here came and asked me if I wasn't going to purchase anything that I can't sit here. I come here many times and whether she see me before or not they just have not good service here. I do go to a lot of different starbuckses Town center Craig tenaya and a few other ones. But it just seems to me that whenever I'm here these people have an issue with me. Keep in mind that I wasn't just sitting here I was getting my laptop ready. This is I think four times that they've had issues with me. They follow suit on how their manager is.

Lots of parking with handicap access. Restroom is available. Neat clean organized interior. Customer service was very friendly and efficient. The wait was minimal. They had breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Also for sale are mugs, package coffee, travel mugs.

Lena was a great Barista! Asked my husband and I how our night was going as we waited for our drinks, and we talked a little bit about books. Amazing service and amazing drinks!

Went through the drive thru with my wife and daughter.

The barista (Priscilla) was incredibly kind and engaging. It's hard to build relationships through a tiny window - and I respect and value that she is making the effort to do it anyway.

Asked for light ice and the Barista said it won't be filled all the way up due to light ice request. First time I heard of this. I never heard of this before. Not very happy about my experience there.

Sooooo… I do like this Starbucks, but only issue is that depending on the day it’s either AMAZING customer service or crappy customer service!! It really sucks especially since I go here at least 3 times out of the week and sometimes twice in one day. Also another Starbucks I used to go to had the worst tasting coffee, idk what they do for that to happen, but this location always has good tasting coffee. Also if you go to this location be careful when going through the drive thru, the setup isn’t the greatest especially when the line gets super long.

Just waited in the drive thru for 20 mins and ordered an iced chai tea with oat milk, I’m not sure what milk this is but it’s not oat. I also ordered a cc warmed up and it’s ice cold. I was told so sorry they are understaffed, they deserve less than 1 star
