All the employees look busy but just look. One takes the orders, and one is making orders. I am already waiting 20 minutes for my coffee, and it does look like it will be ready soon.

Very long wait time despite the fact it was not busy. They got one of the drinks I ordered wrong, so I had to wait even longer so they could fix it. They did upgrade my drink to a larger size, but it did not really compensate for the wait time.

When they actually make your drink correct it's good. But I have been ordering from this Starbucks multiple times and it's a 50/50 if you get a hot or cold drink regardless what you ordered and they have even tried given me smaller sizes when I order Venti.. just double check your drinks before leaving!

I went to this place this morning, waited for 10 minutes and left without a coffee. Not only nobody bothered to approach the counter and take my order, but also my presence wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the staff members in any way! I waited at the front counter for 10 minutes! Nobody spoke to me, nobody approached to take my order or help me. The worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced! I can understand being busy on a Sunday morning. I cannot, however, understand ignoring a paying customer standing at the front to make an order for 10 minutes.

if I could give zero stars I would!!! Drove over to the drive-through today just to see that they were closed. Every Starbucks I’ve ever been to is open till late night and this Starbucks was one that was open till late night as well it’s unbelievable won’t be coming here again.

On Sunday May 12, 2024 my wife and I went to Starbucks in Boca Park on 8780 West Charleston location. We ordered 2 venti non-fat hot chocolates and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. This location has a drive thru where you must stop before the stop sign if the drive thru is backed up as not to block the driveway. Since I didn't want to block the driveway, I was waiting next to go to the speaker to order. I woman driving a California plate car deliberately cut in front of us. We reported this to not only the employee taking our order but the shift lead (There was no manager). Nothing was done about it. They say that they talked to her but I was right behind this woman with the window down and did not hear anything about it. Additionally, every employee was blowing us off and not wanting to hear about the situation. Every time we were told that cutting happens all the time at this location and there is nothing that can be done. At the very least, the employee could have given a free drink for our troubles or do something to show they were compassionate about the situation. Every employee was indifferent and just wanted us to leave so we would stop complaining. If this is a such a big problem, why hasn't Starbucks done something about it? We were told to just talk to Beth because there was nothing the employees could do. Absolutely terrible customer service from these individuals and they should be ashamed. I will never return to this location without some sort of contact from someone in charge.

The only coffee I drink until I check out a better one. There are a few other places I will go to in a pinch. When you go in tell the manager she is amazing and watch her glow. Nice place, excellent coffee.
