Nothing like paying almost $8 for a drink and having the syrup sitting in the bottom of the cup for a SHAKEN ESPRESSO.
It didn’t even taste like brown sugar , each time I swirled it , it wouldn’t even mix into the milk.

Starbucks
Review by Aaron G. Beebe | @GonnaHappen
Starbucks has always been more than just a coffee stop for me—it’s personal. My sister manages a Starbucks, and every year it’s become a tradition for us to grab coffee together around Christmas ⛄🎁🎄. Plus we get coffee year round. That simple ritual means a lot.
Seeing her grow and do well through Starbucks showed me firsthand how the company creates real opportunities for people who put in the work. I respect that, and it’s a big reason I continue to support the brand. Starbucks had treated her well and she become successful.
Beyond the personal connection, the consistency is what keeps Starbucks reliable. Wherever you go, you can count on solid coffee, friendly staff, and a welcoming space—whether you’re rushing through or slowing down for a moment.
Sometimes loyalty comes from quality.
Other times it comes from people.
Starbucks earns both. ☕ I do get coffee from the other guys sometime depending on the area of where I'm and and what's around.

They won't say Christmas. They call it a merry little moment. Lame.

I wanted a ice water and they said it was only for customers. I spend a lot of money at starbucks and it was very disappointing that I couldn't just get a simple cup of ice water.
I go here often and each time they are fast and provided great customer service. I have to be at work by 8:30 am so typically i go in the am around 7:45 ish. The group working today handled a rush and a complaint effortlessly. I appreciate them. The protein boxs definitely need a little better up keep but they definitely fixed the situation. Thr manager is very pleasant and all the staff smiled while under the pressure of the rush.

Slowest drive thru ever. I just left the drive thru and timed it, 36 min total! I was blocked in and couldn't back out. Workers weren't apologetic or even very friendly about how long we all waited. All for my HOT coffee to not be hot! Terrible experience.
Good Service People Really Friendly

Mobile order took well over 10 minutes. Was told I had to go inside for pick-up because “they were busy” — which is new to me. Late to work because of this locations disorganized service

Who knew Starbuck’s employed angels? I sprained my ankle this morning during my short walk to Starbuck’s (yeah, kind of klutzy) and both Jenna and Isabella were so helpful making me an ice pack so I could nurse my ankle while enjoying my yummy cup of coffee. A million thanks to the both of you! It may seem like a small gesture but it’s not and because it’s sadly so rare in our society it stands out. Oh - and this location has a he friendliest staff overall with a smile and welcome for all. Keep up the good work!

Was waiting for m my daughter to finish school so I could pick her up. Was in there for about 10 minutes before they told me I had to leave because I didn’t order anything. I’ll never buy anything from Starbucks again.

I hated Starbucks for the longest time, until I visited Australia and got hooked on Flat Whites. Now I go regularly and bring my dog for a pup cup. Its one of our fun routines.
I always order for my dog first, and lately theres been static at the drive thru. Apparently starbucks has a new policy where they need to get your food or drinks first to confirm that your not freeloading whip cream for your dog
So its been several times now that I went (not being aware of this policy), and ordered for my dog before myself, and then the tone of the exchange immediately changed. I think you guys can do better than treating people like second class citizens over some whip cream at the top of an order. A giant company like Starbucks should be looking for consistency in customer service, not a conditional sliding scale of politeness. If I have to wait 3 minutes for people to get through their ridiculous coffee orders (and you do too) then you can spare a moment to determine whether or not Im a whip cream terrorist before you try to deport me.
First you guys censor our language, we cant order a large drink without a sermon, and now you make us feel unwelcome if we put a pup cup first in the order. Two thumbs down. On the edge of boycotting the place like I used to.

I can see why their rating are so low.
Customer service is poor. Asked for cold foam but with sugar free vanilla which I have received numerous times at other locations. Gentleman stated “that’s not possible, we don’t have the ability to do that”
