Who knew Starbuck’s employed angels? I sprained my ankle this morning during my short walk to Starbuck’s (yeah, kind of klutzy) and both Jenna and Isabella were so helpful making me an ice pack so I could nurse my ankle while enjoying my yummy cup of coffee. A million thanks to the both of you! It may seem like a small gesture but it’s not and because it’s sadly so rare in our society it stands out. Oh - and this location has a he friendliest staff overall with a smile and welcome for all. Keep up the good work!

Was waiting for m my daughter to finish school so I could pick her up. Was in there for about 10 minutes before they told me I had to leave because I didn’t order anything. I’ll never buy anything from Starbucks again.

I hated Starbucks for the longest time, until I visited Australia and got hooked on Flat Whites. Now I go regularly and bring my dog for a pup cup. Its one of our fun routines.

I always order for my dog first, and lately theres been static at the drive thru. Apparently starbucks has a new policy where they need to get your food or drinks first to confirm that your not freeloading whip cream for your dog

So its been several times now that I went (not being aware of this policy), and ordered for my dog before myself, and then the tone of the exchange immediately changed. I think you guys can do better than treating people like second class citizens over some whip cream at the top of an order. A giant company like Starbucks should be looking for consistency in customer service, not a conditional sliding scale of politeness. If I have to wait 3 minutes for people to get through their ridiculous coffee orders (and you do too) then you can spare a moment to determine whether or not Im a whip cream terrorist before you try to deport me.

First you guys censor our language, we cant order a large drink without a sermon, and now you make us feel unwelcome if we put a pup cup first in the order. Two thumbs down. On the edge of boycotting the place like I used to.

I can see why their rating are so low.
Customer service is poor. Asked for cold foam but with sugar free vanilla which I have received numerous times at other locations. Gentleman stated “that’s not possible, we don’t have the ability to do that”

I know mistakes happen. we make them at the restaurants. Other people make them where they work. We make them everyday. But this isn't a mistake. The wrong type of service from the workers here at this Starbucks. Again it just wasn't one time this was the third time in about 3 months. Yes I do go to other locations.

At 6:50 a.m. July 31st 2025 I walked into this Starbucks with my laptop headphones glasses. I had to go to the restroom after I put my stuff down so I asked what was the code there. The first thing they responded with was are you going to make a purchase? This was the third time I had some type of experience like this in about 3 months. Knowing the Starbucks that they don't give good service there and I'm not saying the other experiences I had other than this one. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. I go to a lot of different starbuckses in the Northwest Las Vegas area and in summerlin. I just told them I'm going to another Starbucks instead. I will say it again this year alone three times I stopped at the Starbucks not a good experience! I work at two different restaurants and I don't go and ask them are you going to buy something before you go to the restroom?

I ordered a brewed decaf coffee through the app. They gave me an americano. Very frustrating. It’s possible they don’t have brewed decaf as some locations don’t but if that’s the case then don’t have it on your menu.

I’m a pretty patient guy but when there’s no one in the lobby and you have 4 females and one male barista working, it shouldn’t be a crisis to make my drink.

Suzanne took my order then the wait. 6 minutes later my drink isn’t started. There were 3 cars in the drive up. A male employee who is leaving orders a large cold coffee, Suzanne makes it pronto, what?

3 minutes later and my order still isn’t started. I approach the pickup counter with a disappointed look and wait before Tiffanie notices me and immediately starts my order.

I didn’t realize that I need to be an employee for faster service. Going forward I’m passing on this location. Coffee Roasters is just down the road.

I went through the drive thru and ordered my drink. When I got home, it was the wrong drink. The next day, I stopped in the store and explained what had happened, and returned the incorrect drink. She said she would make a new drink. No apology. I usually go through the drive-thru and always get a sleeve on my drink. I waited at the end of the bar and was handed my drink. I asked for a sleeve, and Amerjena (probably incorrect spelling for which I apologize) said they are right there. No smile. No eye contact. And turned and walked away. Inconvenient and poor customer service.

Absolutely a great place. Their is Bacon Guyere is wonderful! We also order a delicious venti coffee each time we order there as well.

This place always disappoint. I think because they have a busy drive thru so when you make an order online for pick-up taste so bad , always foam , the taste is awful.

I ordered here thrice and guess what never had a single order made perfect. The Matcha here terrible when I return and told the cashier she even blame me and said “ Oh that’s how matcha it is you should have said you want it sweet” Like for real ? She is with the blonde short hair.
Then ordered an Iced shaken oatmeal espresso the taste ? Is like an old espresso and bitter. My third and last is Caramel Macchiato Ghorl. Half Foam and just maybe two drops of caramel !
