We have visited twice. 2 drinks each time. Both wrong, both times. Staff seems grumpy. No outdoor seating. Small indoor lobby. No eye contact. Went in for my refill of tea and was grumpily told 'show me your label.' I assume to make sure within an hour of previous order, because I had to tell her how I wanted my tea?

Great neighborhood Starbucks conveniently located within the same parking lot as a Smith's grocery store and a CVS store and pharmacy. Relatively small compared to other Starbucks but I like that. Clean row of tables and chairs along the back wall of booth seating. Booth seating faces the clean work area where the awesome, tireless, friendly Baristas are always hard at work. Their drive-through is extremely busy. I mentioned to the Barista that made my Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte how quickly and perfectly she made my drink. It looked like the poster drink! It tasted great too. I'm not sure I would be able to do what they do with all the specialty orders, the rapid pace they make the drinks, the mobile orders, and the ever changing seasonal menus with new drinks all the time and being on their feet the entire time they are on their shift. When you think about it - it's a lot! And they are always friendly here. Always - even if they are having a bad day. So remember to tip your Barista! They really do deserve it!
I've been here several times and their restrooms are used a lot. But they do go in and restock and clean on a regular basis and try to stay ahead of it all. I do like the fact that they have a two faucet hand washing station adjacent to the two restrooms. Makes it very easy to wash your hands rather than wait for someone using either restroom. Overall, a great place! Clean store and restrooms. Five-star friendly Baristas that always make my orders perfectly!
Parking: Situated in a large retail complex with a huge amount of free parking readily available.

Today was my first day stopping in to this location and I must say Ingrid was the most helpful employee I have ever experienced in my 36 years of life!!!!!!!!! Starbucks really have to hold onto her!!!!!!!! Keep being amazingly great Ingrid????????????????????????

Not a fan of Starbucks, however my wife is and she got the BOGO and I decided to get the Pineapple Lemonade refresher, however it was after they made my drink that they told me they were out of Lemonade. I feel like this could have been addressed at the register rather than the barista coming with the drink already made. Place was clean and staff was professional.

I guess the worker here did not understand some differences. Anyways, the food here is a 10/10.I still loved my food, the quality of the food is amazing. The workers are also very friendly people, and the quality of the food is great, and I also come here very often usually in the morning to get some quick bites before going to run some errands. One time they got me the wrong order, but I still like this location because of their quality food.

Drive through not open 24hrs!!! Came 2:40am 4/30 lights on but no one in sight no signage mad disappointing waste of break at work.
I want to let you know that this is the best Starbucks I have ever had in all of Las Vegas I love how they make the coffees just the right sweet. And the people are very friendly.

This Starbucks opens at 4am. The drive thru is no longer 24 hours. I wish there was a way for them to tell us about Starbucks in our area that change their hours. I mean we already have the app… should not be hard to implement.
