Rude stuff,,, force to but cheese, not butter, available, 4days,
I’ve ordered a Turkey Sage Danish, which wasn’t shown any signs of “ out of stock” in the app, and the app did let me pay for it. However, I was having a long time waiting for my food and it didn’t come. I therefore asked the clerk to help me check if something went wrong while she told me that the item is currently out of stock and she couldn’t make it.

After spending an outrageous $17 on a souped-up latte, I asked for a cup of water at the pick-up counter and they said go through the line and pay $1.35. Really?

Worst Starbucks I’ve been. Loida or Loda (I think is her name) the cashier was so rude to me. I ordered from my room and when I went to pick up, they didn’t have my 3 out 5 of my products at store, then I asked her what I could do because this has never happened to me and she only said that I needed to ask somebody else because she didn’t know what to do in the most unprofessional and rude way. She was talking to the other barista about me. Loda I understand you have problems like everyone else but if you don’t want to work in a store just get another one. Not coming back to this store.

They charge $1 for hot water. Fascinating when you already spent $20 but still need to pay for water.

Extremely RUDE staff members. Was here lastnight Jose took my order. I ordered a hot tea, after taking his sweet time, chatting with his coworker and spilling honey on the side of my cup. When I asked for an additional cup, he said he would charge me for a cup. When I showed him the mess he made on my cup. He still continued to argue with me. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to continue to argue with a child that didn’t know what they did wrong. I told him to go and charge me for the extra cup, but he still continue to say well I’ll just pour it in a new cup. You’re wasting a new cup yet you didn’t want to give me the cup anyway you wanted to charge me does that make any sense??? Managers really need to have a chat with their staff about providing customer service and don’t argue with your customers. There is another customer that was looking around asking what is going on because Jose and another girl were just chatting and not paying attention to the customers. I’m sure they’re aren’t getting paid to gossip, work!!
