The workers are going as fast as they can. Definitely just do a mobile order. I think I waited for 20min for my drink. Could have been chilling in bed a little longer.

Bit costly but that is the whole strip problem. Service was great and didn’t have any complaints. Inside Strat so easy to find out and boom for people staying here. Could have been little more clean but that is understandable due to the crowd. Open little late so it was really helpful for me.

Premium price, non-premium service. Watched Barrista clean shop for 5 minutes instead of taking 30 seconds to make my drink AFTER the people that came in and order after me got there much fancier drinks. Watched other employees wander around behind counter not doing anything. Don't recommend using the Starbucks until retraining makes this place more effective.

We are staying at the Strat and thought dope a Starbucks..life is good.
The prices are easily double. I get it. Don't love it but I get it The lady at the register, sorry sis I can tell you hate your life. Raul. We came down and ordered coffee and food. Got to our room and my besties drink was way to sugary.
Went down to get it fixed. She had like 3 sips and couldn't drink it. I explained hey, this isn't what we wanted.
The girl at the register listened and was like, hmm what do you want from me
Raul stepped in and was like, what's the issue? No problem. We got it. He's the reason solely for this. The others suck.

One of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Not only they charge double the price of a normal Starbucks but the service especially at night is terrible. Both on Google and in the Starbucks app it clearly states that this place is open 24 hours a day yet for three nights in a row The store remains shut down while the employee is very slowly and clearly with the attempt to show for the cameras that she is doing something, but in reality just moving around from place to place pretending she is cleaning the place in order for a coffee but then when you come to pick it up, you are greeted by this very rude employee Tells you in a very demeaning town that she closed hours ago. Avoid this location.
This Starbucks is the worst coffee shop I’ve had the unpleasant experience with the stuff members. I drink Mocca Frappuccino almost everyday wherever i go! 1 - my Frappuccino had a blocks of ice and extremely sweet. 2 - i ordered bacon, sausage wrap. She gave me sausage cheese sandwich, when i complained about the wrong order this woman got upset and refused to give me the right sandwich saying that i ordered what she gave me but i dont eat cheese and i always order the same things. When i tried to tell her that i asked for wrap she refuse to give me what i ordered and cancel my order leaving me without my Frappuccino and my sandwich. I never been so mistreated in my life at Starbucks. I left upset and without my order. When i check the reviews here this place has more than 100 1 stars reviews. This woman not supposed to work at public place and i already contacted the Strat hotel and Starbucks management.
