I used to love coming here but recently this location has been messing up a lot of the drink orders I’ve been getting. I normally don’t order much but I usually have a regular coffee with a flavored foam topping and several times now I’ve gotten my coffees without the topping I paid extra for. It is very disappointing since I thought the staff was fairly nice here. The consistency is just lacking at this point.

Don’t order from here unless you want your drink wrong. Consistently have my drink orders wrong. The manager needs to train the baristas to read the whole sticker that’s printed and not just the drink name. I used to work at Starbucks it’s not that complicated.

Clean restaurant and patio area outside. Lots of parking as it’s in a relatively quiet strip mall and tucked in the corner.
The washrooms are clean.
Staff were pleasant without being over the top. Had three on staff and they were managing the slow pace of the 9:30am lull. Nice to see them cleaning in the slow time.
Overall very pleasant experience

So I use to go to this Starbucks everyday in the morning but I had to switch to a different one about a week ago because it was right beside the building I’m in the in AM now. I will gladly drive past 3 Starbucks to get back to this one. The service is faster, friendlier and they remember who I am and what I order. That’s customer service! The ladies and gentlemen that work there are all amazing! This morning I sat in two different Starbucks drive thru lines. Waiting about 7 minutes each line before the car moved. I left and drove to my Azure location and there was line but I was through the line with my coffee in 4 minutes. Best Starbys in Vegas!

I ordered DoorDash and got a matcha with a Jalepeno pocket not only was I missing my jalepeno pocket but my matcha was the worst it’s ever been and I order Starbucks matcha a lot, it was way darker then normal and it was all clumpy. Matcha didint even look mixed.

The staff here were not friendly and did not greete or ask if I needed help. Paige who was in a different part of the store helping other customers eventually came over and said she seen I was waiting for a couple minutes and asked if I had been helped. She then helped me but the inside was more focused on drive-thru. Will not return.

Today is april 14th and at 11-11:30 the lady working the counter right now was rude. I waited patiently for 3 people to get done ordering. When it was my turn i ordered a WATER because i WALKED there. She insisted that i need to buy something else that it is against their policy to give me water.

So i told her i will PAY for my water. She refused and i walked out but i should have gotten a manager. I am gonna call corporate just for the principal. This was the worst experience i had in Starbucks ever. I was literally dying of thirst and was ready to pay and she refused a paying customer for water.

I live near you guys 5 minutes away with a car and about 45 min walking there and back. My boyfriend has work all weekdays and he goes to this starbucks before work, im no longer coming back and i am telling him not to go back either. I rather go to the albertsons starbucks than to deal with this rudeness for water.
Now you lost all our business. Worst customer service if i could rate 0 stars i would.

Terrible young crew with an attitude problem on the weekends. Will officially go elsewhere where the energy is welcoming, drinks are accurately portioned according to the instructed customization, and the crew isn’t fake nice with sarcasm when they butcher orders.
