It’s nice to go to a place where the staff makes an effort to know your name and remembers you from visit to visit and check in on you and your family. That doesn’t happen too often in very many places anymore, so this is extremely appreciated!

Dietary restrictions: I loved that they have multiple options for those who can no longer tolerate traditional cowsmilk.

I’m so mad right now. I ordered from UberEats and almost every time I do my order seems to be not as cared for as when I go there in person. Frappe is all icy and tastes like water with coffee and it was supposed to be a Peppermint Mocha frappe and of course they forgot to add the straw and some of the ingredients. My breakfast burrito that I always order with Sriracha they almost always forget to add it in the bag and they did forget this time again. The cake pop was all melted and stuck to the bag. This is by far the worst order I have gotten from this place. Really upset.

I’ve been coming to this store for over 20 years. I’ve been a member of their rewards program for over 20 years. Today I ordered one espresso shot over ice. When I went to pay for it in the drive through for some reason my phone kicked me out of the app. I did not have any cash on me. They told me I could not have it. I said I would bring them the money tomorrow. They said sorry we can’t do that. Doing the math I’ve spent over $15000 at Starbucks, you they could have helped me out one time? No is what they said. I’m done with Starbucks!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 nondairy salted caramel matchas, a summer berry refresher, and 2 egg pesto mozzarella sandwiches on Uber Eats. Both matcha drinks did not come with salted caramel foam as advertised. We have had this drink before and did not taste or see the cold foam. On top of that, they didn’t even fill the cup all the way. If they were out of the foam, we should’ve at least been notified and had our cups filled to the top with matcha. Additionally, one of the two egg sandwiches was replaced with a wrap. I wouldn’t have minded if I was informed of the substitute ahead of time. A bit of communication goes a long way, but apparently it’s hard to come by here.

We come here after every vet appointment to get my dogs their pupcups and we always have a good experience. My order is always right, staff is always super friendly, and my dogs always enjoy the attention. I asked for a cup of water for my dog today, and they gave it to me in a bowl which was much easier for him to drink out of. I really appreciated it. <3

I worked for Starbucks for over 10 years and man things have changed with what they expect from their employees. I went through the drive-thru just now and be woman taking our order was too distracted to get the order correct so we had to repeat ourselves. Then I get up to the window and we don't even get a hello or anything. They don't even acknowledge that we are there as she is too busy talking to her coworkers on her headset. She hands us a iced tea that wasn't even shaken even though the title literally says shaken iced tea. And we had to ask for the butter croissant again because she again didn't pay attention to us and thought she had already given it to us. We'd asked for it warmed but of course it wasn't. This Starbucks is getting worse and worse every single day.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Terrible service and worse attitudesThe drive-through had 15 cars in it and only two people ordering inside. So I parked my car went inside and they didn’t even take my order until 10 of the 15 cars were finished in the drive-through. Not my first bad experience there my overall impression of that place is very poor. I will definitely never go back there again and I highly recommend nobody else does either and if you do a tip, don’t bother going inside if there’s a lot of cars in the drive-through.
