I worked for Starbucks for over 10 years and man things have changed with what they expect from their employees. I went through the drive-thru just now and be woman taking our order was too distracted to get the order correct so we had to repeat ourselves. Then I get up to the window and we don't even get a hello or anything. They don't even acknowledge that we are there as she is too busy talking to her coworkers on her headset. She hands us a iced tea that wasn't even shaken even though the title literally says shaken iced tea. And we had to ask for the butter croissant again because she again didn't pay attention to us and thought she had already given it to us. We'd asked for it warmed but of course it wasn't. This Starbucks is getting worse and worse every single day.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Terrible service and worse attitudesThe drive-through had 15 cars in it and only two people ordering inside. So I parked my car went inside and they didn’t even take my order until 10 of the 15 cars were finished in the drive-through. Not my first bad experience there my overall impression of that place is very poor. I will definitely never go back there again and I highly recommend nobody else does either and if you do a tip, don’t bother going inside if there’s a lot of cars in the drive-through.

I just got a bold cup of coffee with light cream and in a rush so can't go back but it tasted like it was made yesterday. I drink a lot of coffee and this was lukewarm and nasty. Come on guys you know coffee has to be made fresh in the mornings. Home now and will throw it away.

Poor customer service.Ordered a drink that did not consist of cinnamon, due to my allergies. Got my drink and it’s loaded with cinnamon. I told the girl I wanted an iced toasted vanilla shaken espresso, not even close to the brown sugar shaken espresso. After having to repeat myself 3 times she had an attitude and gave me the wrong drink. Not sure how you get those two confused. Now I’ll be heading to get Benadryl!!!!

This is the only Starbucks in town where I wait a minimum of 10 minutes inside and drive thru. I feel you're understaffed.
wow excellent service what could i say more.. trish!!! was so helpful 2x friendly as well she helped me giving my coffee & food at my table she did not have to do that.. thanks so much again..

Not friendly at all. No hello when we arrived no thank you, or good bye & thanks. Additionally, the guy making the food used the food tongs to compact the trash can and then continued to use them making food until we said, “hey…”

They are just very rude and my mother and I are paying patriots we got our drinks yesterday and they decided to call the police on us for trespassing and they had lied to the police officer saying that we were camping out on private property for 5 days when we did no such thing my mother was in the hospital and I was in California and I do have a full access service dog so this Starbucks on tenaya and azure Dr have completely lost our business and we will not be returning back.

Worst Starbucks location!!! Ordered tomato and mozzarella focaccia hot sandwich and it had literally half a tomato slice and one basil and half slice mozzarella look at the pics and it was cold too!! Don't order this from them!!!!
