Very rude not even greeted upon ordering at box they seem to always be in a mood when u order and act like u asking for a liver if you request a cup of ice as a Starbucks Partner my self I hate the fact that they treat ppl so rudely and in rush that they have my orders wrong this casinos really need real baristas who appreciate the job and attend to the customer needs to satisfactions and a $2 charge for water WOW that’s ridiculous just hrs ago I was sitting at lobby waiting for my family with my son and 3 maybe 12 year olds approached the counter and asked for a couple cups of water and they only gave them one grande the poor girls just told each others wow they really only gave one of us it’s just water I felt so bad for them if it was me they would of gotten 3 trenta cups of water it’s just water like come on I’m really disappointed with this casinos Starbucks I rather go out my way and drive out to city and buy just how I’ve been doing plus I get my discount when here they say we can’t even use our app or points to pay which is a big ass lie…. After thousands of dollars we spend to come and enjoy our time here in Vegas getting treated like crap by this casino employees cause I doubt they really are baristas is just a bunch of bull.

Wildly understaffed. Obviously poorly managed. Burnt coffee at 640 am, $20+ for a premade sandwich and a 12 oz pour coffee. But the only thing open in the Luxor before 7 am so good luck everyone else

I wanted an extra shot of expresso they wanted to charge extra. I wanted one LESS shot of expresso they charged the same price. My point being they know exactly what the price of an expresso shot is so they can not just add it but also subtract it from the baseline. When you ask less ice they charge you more but when you ask for more ice they just use less of their ingredients.The other thing is that in two different days THE EXACT SAME DRINK- was $8.25 and then $9.65Grande brown sugar oatmilk with 2 expresso shorts and 2 syrup pumpsServer was very argumentative and refused to build a drink based on the same selection as online

I preordered my drink each morning and it was ready before I got there. The staff was friendly and a delight to see each morning, and I’m not a people person without coffee.The prices are ridiculously high, even for Vegas, but the staff doesn’t control that.
