I wanted an extra shot of expresso they wanted to charge extra. I wanted one LESS shot of expresso they charged the same price. My point being they know exactly what the price of an expresso shot is so they can not just add it but also subtract it from the baseline. When you ask less ice they charge you more but when you ask for more ice they just use less of their ingredients.The other thing is that in two different days THE EXACT SAME DRINK- was $8.25 and then $9.65Grande brown sugar oatmilk with 2 expresso shorts and 2 syrup pumpsServer was very argumentative and refused to build a drink based on the same selection as online

I preordered my drink each morning and it was ready before I got there. The staff was friendly and a delight to see each morning, and I’m not a people person without coffee.The prices are ridiculously high, even for Vegas, but the staff doesn’t control that.

I travel a lot. I've never seen a Starbucks crew work so slowly as the one off the East tower near the blue elevators. The first day I assumed there might just be a little problem. By the third day in the hotel I realized this was the norm.. Overall, the staff philosophy seems to be, "We're inefficient, & we don't care". The manager should be ashamed. This makes me never want to stay at the Luxor again.

Mobile ordered from our room at the Luxor hotel, went down to pick up our order. They were out of all teas but green ( how does a company like this run out of tea?!) Replaced with regular coffee and a hot water for a tea bag from another vendor. I was charged 13.85! I asked why and was told they could do nothing about it but receive product. ( I was not told this initially, so I had to return for this information) I requested product. They said I had about 3.00 to spend?! Absolutely, unacceptable. I paid top dollar for a black coffee and cup of hot water. I strongly suggest you confirm they have what you want before mobile order. I will not use Mobile ordering again and I doubt I will spend anymore money at this location due to the way it was handled. Too many other options with tea in stock.
And yet another incompetent Starbucks location that cannot make it past noon without running out of Ham & Swiss croissants. This is so simple. Have inventory to last the day or at least pay noon. Management loses sales and I cannot/will not tip when I’m unable to purchase the product I come for.
