David at Rincon provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, attentive, and really made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Highly recommend asking for David if you want great service!

It is like a ZOO, those people not know what they doing, worst starbucks i have been, waited with regular black coffee 25 minutes and they even gave me the wrong size🤣🤣🤣

Elouise and Saul were awesome! Those two really seem to love their job. My drink was perfect, and their smiles made it even better. I also appreciated how she took the time to ask how my day was going. I've visited other Starbucks locations, and the baristas there often look like they don’t enjoy their work, but not here. The crew at this store genuinely seems happy and enjoys what they do. This was definitely one of the highlights of my Vegas trip!

Worst place to buy gift cards. Jo who is an employee at that location has no idea how to do his job. I bought a gift card for $20 and other snacks. Come to be, that he didn't forget to gift me the gift card, I realized may 30 minutes later that there was no gift card 💳 inside the envelope ✉️. I went back to Starbucks and told Jo, hey you didn't give me my gift card, he refused to help me, so didn't know what to do. I suggested giving me a refund I had the original receipt 🧾. Jo straight out said, "No". So, I had to call Starbucks customer service and in 50 minutes, they took care of the issue. The customer service agent said that the Starbucks location should have cancelled and refunded me my entire purchase since, Jo failed to do his job. So, Jo you shouldn't work at Starbucks if you don't know how to handle money.

Placed my order on the app and received it 20 minutes past the pick up time it gave me. Other customers that had just placed their food order in line received their order before I did. Why is theirs being cooked first before mine? When it should have been ready 20 minutes prior to begin with?

I initially had a 3-star experience when my iced coffee with pumpkin cold foam was made incorrectly twice—first the guy Alfonso made it with 80% milk like a latte, then 2nd with no ice but he tried saying there was ice in it. I started to feel upset, but Elouise, a barista, turned it into a 5-star experience. She noticed my frustration during a rush, paused to listen, apologized, and remade my drink perfectly and thanked me for my patience and mind you she was making 2 to 3 at the same time while talking and asking customers about how their day was. Her kindness and attention made me feel validated and satisfied. I hope they retrain that guy again before they throw him to a busy Starbucks

30 minutes for two plain coffees is way too much wait. After 25 minutes they realized that they did not brew the coffee. 35 minutes wait with around three people in line. They threw two envelops to a customer shouting something. Then the customer asked for an explanation and the lady said they did not have the sandwiches anymore and either he would get a refund or something else. Worst starbucks service in my entire life so far.

Love the new Iced Lavender Cream Oat milk Matcha, Iced Lavender Oat milk Latte and Lavender Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverages, they really hit the spot after hoofing it around in the sun for hours.

I am sure this is THE WORST STARBUCKS branch for sure. I bought a hot Latte and a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. I was waiting 5 minutes BEFORE they took my order (talking between them) after that I was very specific about HOT MILK because if they use cold all the coffee turns cold obviously. What happened? Cold milk, cold coffee and worst of all cold and rare sausage sandwich!!!!! Didn’t offer even any sugar or a straw…. VERY MAD MOOD. If the owner of this location is intelligent and is reading this understand im in the top 10 reviewers worldwide, I will appreciate a new breakfast UBER included roundtrip !!!!! DISASTER !!!!!!!
