The coffee is not very good. Not a single barista knows the proper proportions for an Americano. They fill it with water all the way to the top. An Americano should be balanced. Adding more water to an espresso does not make the coffee taste better. And why do you prepare coffee using two paper cups? Ask the manufacturer to make thicker cups for hot drinks
David at Rincon provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, attentive, and really made sure everything went smoothly. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Highly recommend asking for David if you want great service!
Elouise and Saul were awesome! Those two really seem to love their job. My drink was perfect, and their smiles made it even better. I also appreciated how she took the time to ask how my day was going. I've visited other Starbucks locations, and the baristas there often look like they don’t enjoy their work, but not here. The crew at this store genuinely seems happy and enjoys what they do. This was definitely one of the highlights of my Vegas trip!
