Went to the drive through to pick up a gouda, bacon egg sandwich. Service and the drive through was friendly, and the sandwich was ready when I arrived at the window. Unfortunately after I drove off and went to eat my sandwich the bacon was not cooked through. It was very pink and limp looking - like it didn't get prepared properly before being placed into the sandwich. So I didn't eat that, but the rest of the sandwich tasted fine. Next time I'll check before leaving the window.

Very late on my drink it also didn’t come with a sleeve, drink was very hot and it spilled a little while I was walking to my car

I come in every week for my little treat on my lunch , and have been for the past 5 years and it's disappointing to see the workers work so hard running back and forth taking care of customers while the manager I think her name is Bailey or Hailey something is always in the lobby on her laptop ignoring them struggling, I've even witnessed them ask for help and she'll just tell them they got it as they are visibly struggling.

Definitely not the best Starbucks. Over the past few years, it's been hit or miss as to whether or not you get your order made correctly. I order straight off the menu every time (no substitutions/add-ons), and there is absolutely no consistency. I'll kindly ask them to remake it, which then gets an attitude from the Staff. When I'm ordering one of your signature drinks and paying the price that I am, then yes, I do expect it to be made correctly. And how hard is it to heat up a breakfast sandwich and place it in a bag without having the sandwich slide apart and all of the cheese stick to the inside of the bag? I can't tell you how many times I've had to have them remake a sandwich they ruined.
