I come in every week for my little treat on my lunch , and have been for the past 5 years and it's disappointing to see the workers work so hard running back and forth taking care of customers while the manager I think her name is Bailey or Hailey something is always in the lobby on her laptop ignoring them struggling, I've even witnessed them ask for help and she'll just tell them they got it as they are visibly struggling.

Definitely not the best Starbucks. Over the past few years, it's been hit or miss as to whether or not you get your order made correctly. I order straight off the menu every time (no substitutions/add-ons), and there is absolutely no consistency. I'll kindly ask them to remake it, which then gets an attitude from the Staff. When I'm ordering one of your signature drinks and paying the price that I am, then yes, I do expect it to be made correctly. And how hard is it to heat up a breakfast sandwich and place it in a bag without having the sandwich slide apart and all of the cheese stick to the inside of the bag? I can't tell you how many times I've had to have them remake a sandwich they ruined.

Are you guys using concentrated coffee now..it's terrible. The beans on top of the coffee machine are just for looks ?? My last Blonde roast was terrible
I will suggest everyone to try the cherry or lavender drink it's epic choice!

Can yall retrain the employees? I order a simple iced coffee almost every day at this location and they always forget something. You pay extra for caramel and they don’t give it to you. Extra ice turns into two ice cubes. Just read the side of the cup because I spend so much money on my favorite coffee.

The A.M. Staff here is Top Notch! 🌟 This wasn't always the case, but over the last 6+ months, they have become my favorite location 😊 Not to mention - walking distance from my house. Keep up the great work!!!

Staff was very friendly. They always get my order right and if they don’t they’ll just remake a new one. Very conveniently located right next to the highway.
