Only reason not a 5 star. The curb here is difficult to see when leaving. I ran into the curb and damaging underneath of vehicle this morning. Please at least fill the drop off with gravel to minimize any damage to vehicles. I know I am not the only one that did this based on the marks to curb.

Hey, guys, c'mon, it's Starbucks! What could I possibly tell you that you don't already know?! Yeah, it's all aces! Recommend without a doubt... I'm not convinced quite yet on their $25 to $50 dollar cups just yet, but it's not why I visit the place, lol! Maybe if a free refill came attached, I'd see the value, but the logo really just won't do it for me on a plastic cup! The espresso and food items, however... WELL worth the trip! If you've never tried Statbucks, idk what hole you crawled out from, but check out any major intersecting cross street, and you're bound to spot one within a minute or two!!

Sometimes you can fly right through and get your favorite drink, other times you can read a book it takes so long. Mt word they get in the weeds so badly back there you just want to .... but that won't solve anything. It's obvious they are getting there butts handed to them back there, the culprit is most likely the Manger that has failed them and doesn't know how to bring his or her team back from oblivion. Yelling and bellittilling a bunch of 16 to 20 somethings gets you nowhere. Well it does, get you deeper in the weeds and then the guests suffer more. We've all seen it. So patience there. .its a hard job. And I wouldn't want step in their shoes for even one day.

Thank God for this location!!! The one on Silverado has terrible service and can never get my drinks right. However, this location on Maryland (8150) is ran very effectively and I wish they were closer to my house. Never an issue with my drinks! The supervisor here is very sweet and kind as well!!
I have to say (first time) for this store, I was very disappointed and some what annoyed how the person also did/did not handle the situation. If Ai could give no stars I would! Nothing major but annoying! I had already pre-ordered and it was some time after I went through the drive in to collect. The person first of all said I had gone to the wrong location, then she changed it to someone else took my order and then all of a sudden she had my drink (not looking at all like the photo) ?. No apology about all of this, as time passed during this whole episode. This is the first time I have posted a review for Starbucks, and overall from the many, many times over the years I have ordered I've usually had a really good experience, sometimes even excellent. Shame this person and this location was the total opposite experience ?

I bought frappe from Mojave and one of my order doesn’t taste right so I called them and they said I can go to any branch and get remake. I went to Vegas and asked for remake and they did! Great customer service. Love Starbucks!!

Drinks could be better and I don't understand why they put the spinach wrap with the end out first inside the paper pouch and you have to take it out and flip it over.
