Unfortunately they cannot make a consistent cappuccino. Where is the heavy foam and espresso I'm not looking for a glass of milk with a cup of coffee. I got it with extra shots and it's still that way

I usually go through the drive-thru, and every time Chris takes my order, it’s a genuinely great experience. Even through the speaker, he’s warm, friendly, and upbeat — you can just feel his positive energy.
He makes you feel like more than just another car in line. Chris is personable, gets the order right every time, and somehow manages to brighten my day with just a short interaction. It’s rare to get that kind of service at a drive-thru, and it definitely stands out.
Starbucks is lucky to have him — he’s the kind of person who keeps you coming back.

Im honestly so disappointed. This place was basically dead, yet the girl rushed the heck out of making my drink. Matcha was mostly foam, lavender cold foam was so runny it dissolved into my drink. I asked her if she could remake it with the cold foam actually being thick because I literally couldn't even tell it was there. She said yeah sure but was being fake nice at that point, even though I was nice to her and just let her know the issue. So she remakes it and hands it to me, says have a good one and closes the window. I look at it and its 3/4 of the way full. Foam is slightly thicker but still not a proper cold foam and there is barely any. And my matcha has chunks of powder. This was supposed to be my birthday drink and my last lavender oatmilk matcha of the season. Do better, Alex.

For a franchise why are prices different and why can’t they make a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino the same every time.. It’s not like it’s a new drink. Got the above drink and it taste like water down whip cream. I feel like sometimes they add a shot of coffee and other times no. Why can’t they just make it the same every time again.

Update - still a joke. 15 mins during a slow time for two drinks. Girls talked more than they worked. Dude walks in and busts them out within minutes. This place is a joke. I have tried it many of times and all the good employees have left. Waited 4 to 5 mins waiting for a drink they never even pulled the rag for. This is no more than a thousand feet from my house, but I drive about 2 miles away to get better service from the same company

This Starbucks is super peaceful, with calming music, and people who know how to make coffee drinks and serve people kindly. I got the oatmeal and bacon and Gruyère egg bites - this is food from heaven. Everything about this visit was just what I needed right now.

Only reason not a 5 star. The curb here is difficult to see when leaving. I ran into the curb and damaging underneath of vehicle this morning. Please at least fill the drop off with gravel to minimize any damage to vehicles. I know I am not the only one that did this based on the marks to curb.

Hey, guys, c'mon, it's Starbucks! What could I possibly tell you that you don't already know?! Yeah, it's all aces! Recommend without a doubt... I'm not convinced quite yet on their $25 to $50 dollar cups just yet, but it's not why I visit the place, lol! Maybe if a free refill came attached, I'd see the value, but the logo really just won't do it for me on a plastic cup! The espresso and food items, however... WELL worth the trip! If you've never tried Statbucks, idk what hole you crawled out from, but check out any major intersecting cross street, and you're bound to spot one within a minute or two!!
