I do not recommend coming here. The employees were rude and completely lacked customer care. I urgently needed to use the restroom and was about to place an order, but they refused to let me go unless I ordered first—even in an emergency.
The cashier, Lorie (curly hair), was especially unprofessional and rude when assisting customers. I also overheard the crew laughing and talking about customers who came in, refusing to let anyone use the restroom.
The place also has no chairs or tables, and the overall atmosphere is not welcoming at all.
Very disappointing experience.

Only open till 3pm! This is BS
Same experience as others. DRIVE-THROUGH ONLY. Their Google Maps location profile clearly shows multiple dining room photos. Walked a mile to this specific location from my hotel to get some work done on my laptop. Disappointed, very misleading.

Pictures online show a dining room, but this is a grab and go location only. Walked all the way here with my luggage just to have to walk somewhere else. Very disappointing

I come to this Starbucks every Wednesday and I’m always met with the best staff!! Carlos, Malaia and Kat are the best :D They always ensure my order is correct before leaving the window and my drinks always exceptional. I always leave with a smile on my face! <3 <3 :D

Angelica was amazing. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong.) She was so sweet. Speedy service and my breakfast sandwich was nice and hot.

Over the years I’ve noticed my local Starbucks’ have started to get snotty. If you’re going to be snotty at least make a good drink ya feel?
Anywho, I stopped here on my way to work. I’ve always been hesitant because they closed their walk in for safety reasons, I’m assuming. I’m so happy I did stop, not only was the barista so nice and quick, my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso actually tasted good for the first time in years. She also asked if I wanted sriracha and a straw when my local one’s roll their eyes at any request. I know drive thru is inconvenient for tourists, but for local commuters this is a nice location to start your day for sure.

Came to grab a drink, only have drive thru available. Couldn't even see if their coffee was good or if ir sucked. Found a different coffee shop, not starbucks.
You know the more I try and slow down and enjoy the time I have to myself the less I can. I'm just trying to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I boycotted Starbucks before, maybe it's time to stop indefinitely this time. The lobby is closed. Ugh.

Drive thru only so when you place your mobile order you wait in drive thru line behind people who are ordering drinks. You end up waiting longer while drink you mobile ordered sits out cooling. Very poor system.
So I like getting my drinks here because they do make the drinks tasty compared to other Starbucks that I have tried but today (2/26/25) when I ordered a coffee it was a grande and they only filled it halfway. Not Cool! When I got home because I noticed it was light, I looked at it and barely anything was filled to the top, and I had only had one sip since I bought it. So this is why I’m leaving a review. Sad! This is why I gave the rating.
