I met with a client today — on Labor Day — at the Starbucks on Eastern & Pecos to notarize a DMV document. Even on holidays, I’m available to serve my clients. The Starbucks was spacious, clean, and the baristas were friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The notarization took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

Fast and efficient service was great two-thirds of my coffee was great last third was full of GROUNDS I will not be back!!!!
I can expect the sort of thing from a Corner Market or gas station
At least at the corner market I do not get gritty coffee
This is at the Starbucks on Eastern near the 215 in front of the gym.

This is one of the nicer larger Starbucks coffee shops. I just got back from the Philippines and the Starbucks in the Philippines have the greatest pastries compared to the America's pastries. Why?

I have not been inside nor have i tasted the food.. but i work graveyard shifts n i am so grateful that they finally have a Starbucks open that can accommodate my hours.. thank you Starbucks!!!

I had the worst experience at this Starbucks location. The other day I pulled up to the drive thru and spoke with a lady and mentioned to her that I had gotten a drink that was not made with the correct milk. I asked for Soy Milk and got whole milk. I’m lactose . She offered to make me another one. I was appreciative and thanked them both. The male barista even came up to the drive thru and complimented my car . He was jokingly laughing in my face because when I had left my drink had more milk in it and not the soy milk :( disappointing that their workers act in this matter . If they had not wanted to remake my drink wish they would’ve told me . Drink went straight to the trash. I know karma will get them both. This is the guy! I see that he has other comments about how rude he is .

Brand new Starbucks Avenue L! Larger seating, outdoor tables, curbside-order designated parking spots, with drive-thru opening soon. Nicely designed seating with tables, wooden chairs, and low soft chair areas. Friendly baristas. Not much in merchandise yet. Open less than 2 weeks in July...a great new place to enjoy your coffee!

I ask bro for a straw and he pretty much threw it at me and slammed the window. I’m not sure what his deal was. He was tall had glasses and brown hair didn’t get his name. I’m editing this after going through the reviews and I found a photo of him!!

My order was once taken by a guy, I could see my name on his cup. Another time my order was wrong in two ways. Usually it's pretty good service.

Very rude cashier ! We’ve cash to pay and she replied we won’t give you exchange !!

The staff here are so friendly, professional, and understanding! I love how this location is open 24/7, and one of the night baristas Aliza is especially so lovely to chat with. She gets my orders right spot on, and my daughter even made a little bracelet for her because she's so kind and polite. It's always so incredibly busy, more so on the holidays, but the staff are super hard workers who are trying their best under all the stress. The bad reviews are from miserable customers who have zero patience and don't know any better. Some people just need to learn how to be appreciative instead of being drama queens. Bunch of babies and divas. Y'all keep being awesome! This Starbucks is definitely my favorite in the valley. Thank you for all you do, and Merry Christmas!
