Only the drive thru is open 24/7, not the lobby (as Starbucks website shows). Removed the only reason to go to a Starbucks.

The location is convenient and there are some great workers there but Ty whoever that guy is, is not a good servicer. I've witnessed him as a customer just stand there when he could be helping with the rushes. He's not friendly and he gives attitude. I do like the girls that work overnight or late nights, they bust their asses when I'm there!!

I usually order a chai tea from Starbucks. It is consistently exactly what I expect. It’s important to remember to ask the clerk to provide a cooler drink if that is your preference.

I usually dont come to this location but it was on my way home. I stopped in on 12/16/25 and ordered a medicine ball which is a tea for the people that dont know. Its steamed with lemonade and water with tea and additional sweeteners. I asked for kids temp (meaning not to use all steaming products and the temperature is not HOT) because I like to drink this right away and kids temp is also for the young kids that like star bucks but its too hot. Kids temp is perfect especially for a medicine ball. The girl took so long to come to the window and take my payment that I thought she forgot I was there. She finally came took the payment amd explained what a medicine ball was and that they use hot water and hot lemonade which I know. I finally got my drink and lets just say if I accidentally dropped this drink I would have had 3rd degree burns. My tongue was burned instantly and I couldn't even enjoy this drink for an hour. I called and let the manager know to do better training with the staff because if got this for a child and ordered kids temp then handed it to the child not only would the child have a burned tongue but possibly dropped this drink them and causing skin burns. Never going to this location again

Our server, David was the nicest driver thru guy i have dealt with most people are always trying to rush you away but he was kind and made sure I got what I wanted. Thanks David

Update: a year later, and this store needs help. Seems there was a whole crew turnover and getting orders done in a timely manner seems to be an insurmountable challenge.

Afternoon crew is amazing! Came in, made our order, and it was ready in a few minutes. All was good, and the store is clean. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Ample parking and a drive-thru. Glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks.

I met with a client today — on Labor Day — at the Starbucks on Eastern & Pecos to notarize a DMV document. Even on holidays, I’m available to serve my clients. Fast and efficient service was great two-thirds of my coffee was great last third was full of GROUNDS I will not be back!!!!
I can expect the sort of thing from a Corner Market or gas station
At least at the corner market I do not get gritty coffee
This is at the Starbucks on Eastern near the 215 in front of the gym.
