The staff here are so friendly, professional, and understanding! I love how this location is open 24/7, and one of the night baristas Aliza is especially so lovely to chat with. She gets my orders right spot on, and my daughter even made a little bracelet for her because she's so kind and polite. It's always so incredibly busy, more so on the holidays, but the staff are super hard workers who are trying their best under all the stress. The bad reviews are from miserable customers who have zero patience and don't know any better. Some people just need to learn how to be appreciative instead of being drama queens. Bunch of babies and divas. Y'all keep being awesome! This Starbucks is definitely my favorite in the valley. Thank you for all you do, and Merry Christmas!

Eliza or Aliza was the absolute rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. It’s Christmas Eve. I ordered one drink. When she told me the total was only $6 I questioned her cause it sounded very low ( the price) she snapped at me and said it’s right. I was just ensuring she charged me extra for the added items. Wow. Absolutely the worst service.

Biggest and best Starbucks I have been in. Finished Christmas shopping in the store. Between the coffee beans and drink cups and glasses I completed my list.

Baristas were attentive and on point. Coffee was served fresh and positive vibes were high. Location was clean

Dietary restrictions: I'm a diabetic on a very strict keto diet. Heavy cream is Ok. For me. I'm very specific with the baristas. If the give me half & half. Instead then My blood sugar goes threw the rooftop. They didn't make this mistake. Thank God

My best friends work at Starbucks, they truly are a family at this location and treat me as if I am part of it! I love all of them and the hard work they do throughout the night day by day. I am truly blessed for the late night conversations at the drive thru and amazing coffee and treats I get. I never know what to get when the season changes but these wonderful people always do. They are a big part of my life and I am truly grateful for them all ♥️♥️♥️

Pick me up call it a California 10min break

For work, I pick up a large order of drinks a couple times a week (over $100) All over the valley- almost every Starbucks. Most stores are welcoming and warm and appreciate the business. This store made me feel like an inconvenience. They had to apologize to every customer standing around me because they had a “17 drink order”. So uncomfortable. Should I apologize for my business? Would it be more convenient if every one of those 17 people arrived in person with 17 different payment transactions? I tipped $25. No one acknowledged the gratuity. No one reminded me to scan for points. No one showed any appreciation. Disappointing for sure. Most other stores (except for Fort Apache & Patrick) are wonderful to work with; especially Rainbow and Warm Springs they are ALWAYS THE BEST!!

Afternoon crew is amazing! Came in, made our order, and it was ready in a few minutes. All was good, and the store is clean. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Ample parking and a drive-thru. Glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks.

Great atmosphere and many people working on laptops. Very comfortable place to have conversation or kick back because they have multiple seating with chairs that are all leather, very comfortable and swivel around with side tables and sofas and tables with traditional chairs. I got the coconut water with the pearls and it was amazing and came out super quick considering they have a lot of customers.
