This guys gave me old already cold coffee at the drive thru , drove away 1 mile tasted it come back , Zach The Supervisior didn’t know the proper description on “ supervisor “ position . Shame on you starbucks for workers like this !

I love this location because the staff is amazingly friendly and professional!! They always have the menu options I want. It’s so convenient coming on my work break. I just wish there were more seats, but I understand that’s a spacing issue. Staff is fabulous, Elijah helped me today, and Alaija (spelling? Last week). They are so friendly and accommodating, especially for me being a picky eater and having dietary issues. Jen helped me most recently, she was so sweet and accurate with my order. Staff here is just so awesome.

First time ever at this Starbucks they make me to buy something to get glass of water are you guys really that bad. It is only cup of water !!!
I forgot my wallet that is only why I ask for water so damn bad and stupid people this days

Very nice Starbucks the servers are all nice. Sometimes the food is just OK but they’re all very nice there and they do their drink drinks really well.

I never really go to Starbucks but the few times I do this location near my house never has any flavor for stuff I order. Who doesn't put Carmel in a Carmel macchiato???? I usually don't care to leave a review unless it's a multiple time issue. I don't blame the workers honestly the coffee has no flavor which is a sign of low quality ingredients and cutting corners. How old are the coffee beans??? Starbucks do better and maybe put your funds into your costumers and local community instead of supporting hate groups. This is why I never go anymore

It’s around 6:40 PM on November 7, 2024, and this is now the fifth time I’ve ordered a Venti cup but received only half a drink. It’s always the same employee, and I’m not sure if this person holds discriminatory views, has a bias against certain people, or if it’s simply a matter of incompetence. My first interaction with this employee was already unpleasant—when I first ordered an Iced Latte in a Venti cup, I was given a Grande cup instead. I pointed out her mistake, and she remade it, but it was obvious she just added more water because the taste was diluted. Perhaps that experience left her with a grudge, but I was simply standing up for my basic rights as a customer.↳

The second time, I ordered an Iced Peach Green Tea with customizations—a drink I’ve had many times—but when she handed it to me, it was completely off! Not only was there an excessive amount of ice, but the color was entirely different. Then, on the third, fourth, and now fifth occasions, the issue has still been with the cup size. I ordered a Venti cup, and while she did give me the Venti cup, it humorously contained only the amount of a Grande—around half full! Every time she hands it to me, we both can clearly see the drink’s level, and her gaze feels as though she’s openly challenging me.

Although I only spend about $200 a month at Starbucks, I am still a regular customer, and I wanted to share my experience without targeting anyone. Outside of my interactions with this one employee, I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this location. I’m venting here because I don’t expect this issue to receive any attention or resolution, but I would advise others to avoid ordering at the drive-through at night to avoid encountering this particular employee.
