Inside the store is on the smaller side but is kept very clean. Usually, I stand outside to wait for my order. Many times, I couldn't find parking in the provided areas. This particular store has a direct path from Fort Apache and Tropicana, right off the 215. The intersection is often busy and congested due to the surrounding retail shops. Due to its position, a small parking area, and frequent five to ten-minute waits per vehicle, I've witnessed major traffic backups here. I've even waited in line for 45 minutes before (not an exaggeration). If you plan on going through the drive-thru with a small line and have somewhere important to be, I would suggest a different place. Regarding the coffee itself and ordering specialized drinks, I've often had to find parking and take an additional 15 minutes to get it fixed. Concerning food items, I've never had anything come out bad; they excel in this area more than most. The staff is generally nice, but it depends on the day. I've encountered some unsavory baristas. Once, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told they don't accept $100 bills. When I asked what to do, I was told, "I don't know, go to the gas station." Don't expect the staff to understand the significance of this statement; many seem inexperienced and indifferent, lacking an understanding of its impact on the company or customer relations. As someone from Seattle drinking Starbucks for 30 years, including visits to their first location, I've unfortunately seen a decline in customer retention. This review is based on multiple visits over six months, aiming to provide a fair evaluation of the store and staff.

Definitely give yourself some time if you stop here before work. Wait times are not bad, but not that great either. Everyone is really nice and that definitely makes a difference.

Wow! I was just at this Starbucks at 5:12pm today (Receipt #678734) and the barista at the drive-thru was AMAZING! I didn't catch her name, but she was beautiful with dark hair & such an upbeat, genuine vibe to her. Her customer service level was on point and Starbucks needs to give her a raise. I gave her some friendship bracelets & a tip on the app, because her good energy just made my day. I hope her supervisor sees this & thanks her for me! My food and drink were great, as always.

Although the service is good the outside seating area is always dirty and disgusting. I appreciate the effort they took to make the inside nice, at least keep the outside clean for patrons who want to enjoy a morning coffee.
This is the worst store in the valley. I went there today and my drink was wrong, Logan spilled it on me. The experience was terrible. By the way, Logan was apparently high since he couldn't figure out where he was.

Employees are SO friendly and attentive here. This location was recently renovated and looks SO nice inside. My drink tastes exactly how I hope it would every time I come by here.

The people are very nice at this location but unfortunately for me, my drink is never made properly. I’ve asked them to remake my drink and it still never taste the same. I literally order the same drink from every location, so I don’t understand why it taste different here.
