Absolutely the best Starbucks in Summerlin, possibly even in Las Vegas. Next best store i know of is back home in Colorado. The customer service from this store is out of this world. It's pretty epic. Every employee down there does a stellar job. Is it like this 100% of the time probably not, but it has been loke that every time i go in. Sometimes i go there to order something and say hi to everyone.

Starbucks is a reliable and convenient place to get coffee. You can pretty much count on finding one just about anywhere, which is a huge plus. The menu has a huge variety of drinks, so whether you want a classic black coffee, a fancy latte, or a seasonal treat, you'll find something you like. The quality is consistent across locations, so you know what you're getting.

The atmosphere is usually pretty good for working or meeting friends, with free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating. However, it can also get very crowded and loud, especially during peak hours, making it tough to find a seat.

The main downsides are the prices, which are definitely higher than a lot of other coffee shops, and the wait times, which can be long when it's busy. The mobile order system helps, but you can still end up waiting a while for your drink.

Overall, it's a solid, dependable choice for coffee. It's not a hidden gem or an artisanal coffee shop, but it consistently delivers a good product in a convenient way.

953am Labor day i walk in a very regular customer from a 5 mile walk out of water. I meet Alyssa the cashier, I ask for a water as I drip sweat... she says unless I buy something I cannot have a cup of tap water... I advise her im a rewards holder and have my app I just don't have any connected payment options. She proceeds to express how she cannot provide a cup of tap water... I frequently buy from this location and stopped to quench my thirst per usual. I was denied. I'll not be a Starbucks customer hence forth.

This is the weirdest Starbucks ever, the drive thru line with only two cars is a 10 minute wait, now the unhoused approach your vehicles while you wait, and it’s like no one understands anything when you ask question, my last experience wasn’t good and this one isn’t either… will not be back to this location.

Just wanted to shout out to the sweet young lady with the beautiful smile & personality that just gave me my coffee at the drive thru. 11;25am July 27. I told her she is great & has a wonderful attitude. keep up the good work, your awesome : )

My last 3 trips to this location were a disaster. They take an average of 8-10 minutes to make a drink for a walk in customer and there was 1 person seated and no one else in the store? 3 baristas working. I ordered a drip coffee with literally nothing and 10 minutes later, they somehow forgot to make my drink. What?? I watched 4 people come and go and they all placed orders at the register. I can’t figure this place for the life of me. Never ever visiting this location again!

It was a pleasant visit. However, it had no patio furniture nor available power outlets. Adding a few creature comforts may turn it into a top destination in that neighborhood.
