They use to be great but lately service has been really bad. And the very last time i went they made my drink with whole milk when i ordered it with almond milk. It made me really sick. But just observing the staff for the last 2 days, i can see how they would mess up and take so long getting orders together. I witnessed a lot of joking and playing around and personal discussions. All while the store is really busy and people waitinf 45 mins - 1 hr for a drink. I ordered b4 hand and still had to wait over 30 mins.

Really nice location In Summerlin. Indoor and Outdoor seating. Really friendly customer service. Parking is a tight squeeze getting in and out. My Go To Starbucks for office meet ups. The mint tea was delicious, perfect for a winter day in Las Vegas. Located West Charleston and Indigo Lane. Albertsons shopping center.

The barista Angi was rude this morning. I don’t know who taught her how to speak to customers. I asked her if someone could clean the table I was sitting at, and she flatly said, “I don’t know, to be honest with you.” She proceeded to do nothing to communicate with other members of the staff. I was glad she was being honest with me about how rude she is. Meanwhile, an employee by the name of Claudia said that she would be willing to do it. Thanks for that. It’s not that difficult, people. Don’t be rude, sarcastic and unhelpful to your customers!

They’re taking orders outside of the drive through leaving the drive through empty and the whole parking lot full. Also u can’t even see a menu while they take ur order they give you a paper with like four of the holiday things on it.

This store is amazingly rude employee best of Starbucks. Their service attitude is awful. The lady manager is a perfect interpretation of what it means to be surprisingly rude and microaggression against customers. This really taught me a lesson.

Rima and Will always provide superior customer service. I am disabled, and if I need help, they always help me with my accommodations. They never stop smiling and they make sure each person is satisfied with his or her order. To be honest, everyone at this location is amazing! Thank you guys!

I was driving up to Starbucks and before we're even near the building a truck stops infront of us to which looks like they are stopping to give a homeless person money so we pass them and drive into the drive thru entrance. A batista comes on the intercom and says "excuse me, there is a line" I tell them I didn't realize since I thought they were a homeless person because they had a cardboard sign. The batista was then rude to us and told us to leave, we couldn't even put our order in. The batista taking the order was literally 30 feet away from the entrance, ridiculous organization as there was no one else in the drive thru line. I guess us being a customer and making a mistake doesn't matter to starbucks.

When I ordered a drink from the Starbucks App and walked in to pick up my drink, IT WAS NOT THERE...Then I was told by an employee behind the counter that more than likely my drink was STOLEN and that teenagers steal drinks on a regular basis....PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE!

I normally love this Starbucks, but lately every time I order my drink, it’s never made right. It’s a let down because you spend like $10 and really excited for the one treat you allow yourself. And it’s made without care. We pay for extra add ins. I get charged for them, and they don’t make it in my drink.

This location needs to have a serious education day on how long the drive thru baristas get to talk to customers. The drive thru isn't large enough for more than 3 cars so there's often a traffic jam and each time it's because the barista at the window is having a 5-10 min conversation with the car at the window. I just saw someone walk their baby to the window to show the barista after talking to her presumably about their baby? Meanwhile I'm in line long enough to get on Yelp and type a review yet I'm only the 3rd car in line.

Starbucks you have to get your drive thru together! huge line I'm sitting waiting to order. No one in front of me. I sit at the speaker for five minutes without anyone addressing me. meanwhile, the parking lot is so backed up because you guys are so slow. Hire more people do something to get this drive through moving through. It's gonna cause massive accidents.
