The product control is very bad. I order the same drink almost every time, but they can always make different tastes compared with other stores.

Ordered through UberEats (which I know is a risk on its own) but I thought adding a syrup for $1 meant you’re adding like the normal amount of syrup for that size drink. I ordered a matcha with brown sugar syrup and it only had one pump. So if I wanted 3 pumps I would have to pay 3 extra dollars? Seems crazy… I also got half the amount of classic because I thought I would be getting more of the brown sugar.
It’s just confusing on the app that you’re paying $1 per PUMP…

Dang I really wanted to like this Starbucks because it’s super convenient but I’ve ordered from them three times (hot cinnamon dolce latte with an extra shot and cinnamon powder) but every time it comes out tasting like watery milk and no coffee taste. Which i don’t understand because I ordered extra shots of espresso): hopefully this gets figured out soon.

This location NEVER puts cup sleeves or drink stoppers on their orders. Always have to waste time and ask. Pure lazy.
Go here when I work in office. They know us and our drinks. 49ers are in the superbowl and I changed my app name to Forty Niners and they even put go 49ers on top of cup. The ladies are great and drinks taste great.

I was having a really bad day and I walked to this location looking rough. I ordered a tall iced chai and asked where the restroom was to freshen up. When I came back out this barista had given me a cake pop and told me she hopes my day gets better. Very sweet staff I didn’t get her name but if she sees this thank you so much
