6:00 am today I got an early morning start, decided let me find a Starbucks. I pay attention to reviews, and pay attention to what seems like what would be right for me to visit.
I must say the sandwich was one of the freshest sandwiches I have ever had, and it’s been years of the same order. Due to catching it first thing in the morning (could be have played a part) but nonetheless it was very good. I was very respectful to the 2 older ladies inside, and they showed my respect back. That alone is why they are getting me to very detailed review from me, I’m very big on customer service & respect to everyone I meet.

This message is to the store owner - Disappointing experience today. I usually love this Starbucks — the people are always super nice, and the atmosphere is great. That’s why 5 stars. But today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered my usual iced drink through the app and picked it up within 4 minutes. When I got my drink, it was noticeably not full — about 3 inches from the top, 1/4 of the cup empty. I asked the barista about it, and she told me it was because I ordered online and that the ice must have melted in those few minutes that’s why it’s not full anymore. That made no sense — the cup was clean where it was empty, meaning it was never filled to the top in the first place. I also noticed the ice was almost gone, and the drink tasted off — no drizzle either. I went back inside to politely mention it, but the same employee gave me attitude before and the second time I went back in and insisted “that’s how it comes.” I’ve ordered this drink dozens of times and it’s never been like this. I finally asked for a refund, which she processed — but only for $4.61, even though I paid $5.96 on the app. Which I noticed only when I already left, and didn’t want to go back third time. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. At that point, I just left. Really disappointed — I’ve always had good experiences here, but this visit was unacceptable. Hopefully management sees this and addresses the customer service and consistency issues.

The product control is very bad. I order the same drink almost every time, but they can always make different tastes compared with other stores.
Ordered through UberEats (which I know is a risk on its own) but I thought adding a syrup for $1 meant you’re adding like the normal amount of syrup for that size drink. I ordered a matcha with brown sugar syrup and it only had one pump. So if I wanted 3 pumps I would have to pay 3 extra dollars? Seems crazy… I also got half the amount of classic because I thought I would be getting more of the brown sugar.
It’s just confusing on the app that you’re paying $1 per PUMP…

Dang I really wanted to like this Starbucks because it’s super convenient but I’ve ordered from them three times (hot cinnamon dolce latte with an extra shot and cinnamon powder) but every time it comes out tasting like watery milk and no coffee taste. Which i don’t understand because I ordered extra shots of espresso): hopefully this gets figured out soon.
