Lots of different beverages to choose from, but what I really like about this location specifically is that most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks! While I'm not too familiar with all their drinks due to their seasonal drinks and large menu! This location from what I've noticed is usually packed but also has a lot of pick up orders and the music sounds like your typical cafe music so if that's not your style I would highly recommend bringing your own headset! Overall this Starbucks is a solid 4 for me right now throughout my various visits, but I'll definitely be back! +pros: Friendly staff Knowledgeable staff No issues with staffing -cons: Can be overly packed at times While I understand it's a business, they default the drink to a large when a small / medium is more than enough for me Overall I'll still be back! The staff is friendly and nice and the drinks I've tried have all been a solid 4 even with each of my visits recommendations!

Go here when I work in office. They know us and our drinks. 49ers are in the superbowl and I changed my app name to Forty Niners and they even put go 49ers on top of cup. The ladies are great and drinks taste great.

I was having a really bad day and I walked to this location looking rough. I ordered a tall iced chai and asked where the restroom was to freshen up. When I came back out this barista had given me a cake pop and told me she hopes my day gets better. Very sweet staff I didn’t get her name but if she sees this thank you so much

I feel like I have to make a post here, the team at this location is made up of the most compassionate, thoughtful, and diligent Starbucks associates that I have ever come across in any coffee shop that I have been too. I have been to many coffee shops across the country, and the effort this team puts into making the atmosphere positive and inclusive is exemplary. Every associate here has done something to make my day a little bit better, and despite some customers negativity, they strive to do the same for everyone that enters the door. This store should be the example for all coffee shops everywhere. Coffee shops are the heart of every community, and this one does an amazing job motivating locals by creating an atmosphere that makes everyone's day a little bit better. This location makes the world a better place for all that enter it's doors.

This is my go-to location, so I've been here dozens of times. A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right?! Well what sets this one apart is that it has more of a neighborhood coffee shop feel than a big busy conveyor-belt-of-a-chain. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. They also engage with the community (ex: run drives and stuff like that). I have yet to have an unpleasant experience here - the shop is run very well and the employees are fantastic.

Drinks are always just Starbucks drinks. But my biggest problem here is the staff. Specifically the people in the morning. As someone who's been coming to this store a lot, I've got to know most of the staff and the new manager that took over sometime last year. I will say, this store has suffered tremendously. The new manager Brianna seems like she has no idea how to treat customers or her staff !! I've seen her be rude to many customers just in the time I'm there (which isn't very long at all) and treat her staff very poorly. She speaks to them like they're children and not adults. I feel bad for them cause if that's what I'm seeing just a a customer who is in the for max 10min then I can only imagine what goes on behind the scene.

I love THIS location on Hualapai and dessert inn. There is a location on ft Apache and Patrick that I will not go to even though it's closer. Great service, great manager, always have products. Great job!
