I like this Starbucks the staff are very friendly they even compliment you. Even tho it’s almost hidden from the public but it’s there.

I was next to order but a dude BOB, and co worker cut me off and she had 2 pages of orders,$136.00 But asked me if I was going to get a drink, yes just 1 Venti nothing else. They took that large order over mine, along with 3 men who came in after me and ordered and food, ALL GOT THEM BEFORE ME...LAST ONE STANDING, FIRST IN LINE. THAT DON'T IMPRESS MUCH....

Best Starbucks experience! Have been to thousands of locations through the years and the staff was so friendly and prompt here. The manager I am pretty sure was at the cashiers station helping out and I would come in here any day over a drive thru location. PLUS THEY HAVE PUMPKIN MUFFINS STILL IN FEBRUARY! Cant say enough about the manager; when my app was having issues she kindly waited and we all joined in on a Friends joke when a customers name was Ross... We Were On A Break!!!... #iykykTo Store: Thank You for such a wonderful experience. You were such a breath of fresh air and sadly nowadays great folks like you aren't always popular to come by. Will certainly visit on my next time by your location.

Didn't eat, but the drinks came fast and hot. Overall, it's nice Starbucks that wasn't crowded.
This location did not provide us with hot cup holders for our hot medicine balls and did not provide the green stoppers to go in the opening to avoid hit liquid from coming out. Because they put my medicine ball in 2 cups with 2 lids it popped off and piping hot tea hot all over my left hand,thigh and leg. Burned,blistered and bewildered.

They forgot to add whipped cream on my coffee 3 rd times and 1 time green matcha need add whipped cream. I am disappointed how they work, since before covid they did great job I pick up myself .but Uber eat at first was good later they are not get good or improved at all. I did call manager several times in last 2 months, last month and now today again.
