I bought two water down drinks. Just a waste of money!

Bad experience everytime I go to this store. No customer service, I'd be standing there and seems like I'm not there because they ignores you, no eye contact, no body says anything so I have to say something to get their attention.

I am a brown color skin DoorDasher and every time I go there to pick up orders, I have to wait and if it's quick, 15 to 20 minutes. Don't mind the wait but when your waiting for orders that was already in their system and told they are working on it, and people with same skin color that the workers have comes in make their order and goes out the door, please, what's going on?

Two times I had to walk out without picking the order because it took almost 30 minutes from the time I got there, and most recent was yesterday 11/02/2024. I will decline any orders from this store cause I don't want to deal with these issues anymore.

Fantastic Starbucks location. All personnel area are awesome, courteous, and friendly. I spilled my latte everywhere and they were more concerned thar u may have burned myself than the mess I created! Nothing burned but my ego.......very gracious group of hard working young people. And of course the coffee is 😋😋😋

I ordered my large coffee and it is assumed that if you pay about $6 and after I uncover it because I felt that my glass was not full, they are selling me a medium coffee in a large glass and making me pay an extra because they were supposed to to fill my glass and the girl just filled it with more foam and didn't complete my coffee, how bad I love Starbucks but how bad they make you pay for something extra and the result is the same👎🏻

I always enjoy going to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and the drinks are made consistently. That's all you can ask for.

I visited the Starbucks on southern highlands and had a great experience. It was busy, ambiance was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. My hot white chocolate mocha was perfect, and the was tasty. This place never disappoints.!

Everyone deserves a raise at this location. Been coming here for the past month and every single time has been 10/10. Everyone is so incredibly nice and seems genuinely happy to be working which is so refreshing plus the coffee is great. Thank you!

Starbucks a lot throughout the valley. Some of the employees are good and some of them or not it’s a crapshoot will they get your order right time will tell.

Very Rude I stood in front of 2 workers who did not greet or even akowledge my presence until I asked if they were on the clock and 1 proceeded to answer and hand me my order that was already complete and ready to go in front of her. .

I love this Starbucks, the place is small, but cozy, they have improved a lot in terms of cleanliness, I would like them to make the sugar available to customers, so they don't have to ask for it.
