I normally have an average customer service experiance at most Starbucks but the past couple visits to this location blew me away. ☺️ I was feeling pretty down today but their kind, friendly, and fun interactions were noticed and today very appreciated 💙

As other comments have stated, the staff here needs a little bit of a retraining on proper policies.

I am not trying to drink heated plastic with my morning coffee. There’s no excuse for not using the glass and doing the Americano the right way, which is to put water in the cup first, and the pour the espresso from the glass.

Starbucks on cactus and southern highlands needs a refresher training session in customer service and de-escalation.

The atmosphere has turned from welcoming and ending delighted to being greeted with attitude and policies.

I walked into starbucks like I normally do every single day. I asked the barista Ryu for the code to the bathroom and his response was “will you be making a purchase today”

Clearly the staff needs better training on reading the room and people.

The offense I took was this barista implying I was a straggler coming in to use the bathroom which isn’t the case.

Actually I frequent Starbucks every single day but typically go through the drive thru. Today I needed to use the bathroom before I make my order which shouldn’t be uncommon.

Ryu’s attitude needed to be checked which I made sure to express my grievances. Sadly he isn’t trained on how to de-escalate a situation as he continued to challenge me for standing up as a frequent and loyal customer.

I’ll be avoiding this location as there is one down the street on southern highlands which seems to have better management and leadership.

I came through the drive thru pretty late to get a bunch of drinks and even sandwiches for my family. From the time she took my order, all the way to when she handed out the last drink she was incredibly kind and patient! Great customer service I’d hire her anywhere!

Drive-through offers good service but the coffee just sucks. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, the same thing I get anytime I go to a Starbucks. They gave me what looks like an iced latte with a lot of of milk and sugar. I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I left.

This drive thru is so pushy for a tip. And they only get your order right 50% of the time. Go some where else. You'll thank me.

This Monday has just been awful. And to top it off I had a miss hap with my drink. There is a reason I always come to this location and this is my Starbucks. They had my back today. I can not thank them enough!!!
