I happen to stop by a Starbucks location on warm Springs in Durango to buy my coffee this morning. Realized that I did not get my cup of water so I pulled through the drive-through on Patrick in Fort Apache and asked to get a large water and they informed me that I could not get any water unless I purchased something from their location. I was speaking with the lady at first and she was doing just fine with explaining the rules and then there was a gentleman named Benji that jumped on the speaker very aggressively and loudly. I’m very disrespectful so I’ll do better. I purchase Starbucks two times a day so far a 50 Cent cup of water that I asked for this shouldn’t have been that big of a deal.

Not my favorite location. Kinda cheap on coldfoam ect. Inconsistent orders and hard location

Awful customer service. Definitely don’t go here on Saturday mornings. The two guys working the speaker and window are awful.

I was on my way the bank and in the midst of it all I passed Starbucks. I asked the young man were they open he said yes.. so I swung back around at like 645a and ordered a caramel frappe with cookie bits and white chocolate.. 10min after getting the drink I'm chewing on something hard. Next few sips I find that's its glass in my drink. I went back and told them and they didn't care. And the piece of glass I showed them that came out my mouth your barista threw it away and told me it's just glass. As you can see in the picture , I had to sit my drink down to take this Picture.. this is negligence , I went to the hospital with a sore throat.. smh I can't believe you guys..

Slowest Starbucks in Las Vegas

Very hidden gem hardly any people at this location so let's keep it quiet 🤫

I order online every time and my order is always correct and finished before I get there. I’m always greeted with many Hellos and Good Mornings. I’m happy I’m near a good location and look forward to ordering more!

I was driving home and really thirsty. This location was right around the corner from where I live and the drive thru was wide open as it was late afternoon. The barista was about to give me my cup of ice water, until the manager came and said they changed their policy. I had to order something else, but I told them I didn’t want anything else. They refused to give me a cup of water. I couldn’t believe it! They denied a pregnant lady water! 👎🏻

I used to like coming to this location - especially since it's right around the corner. My family typically consume Starbucks a couple times out of the week. I'm a regular customer and was shocked how they changed their policy. A barista was going to give me 2 cups of iced water, but because I didn't order anything else, the manager said they couldn't give me my order. I had to purchase an item. I went to the location on Russell and 215 - no problems. I went to the location inside Target on Grand Canyon & Flamingo - no problems. It's unfortunate the manager at this location is now super cheap that they will refuse to give you a cup of water. Oh well, plenty of other locations to go to!

Yummy cheese Danish, great chai tea.

The staff was extremely rude it took 25 minutes to get my coffee, it wasn’t even what I ordered and they didn’t want to remake it, since I was sitting there for a while with some family I made a different order with a different girl, same thing! Very rude and impatient. Overall terrible experience and service.

Amazing service Everytime. Girl in drive thru is very helpful.
