The Baristas name Amanda, Shes very friendly and Nice , and also Karen and Shaina , the store is very clean and the service is good . This is the most unorganized and inconsistent Starbucks I have ever experienced in the valley. You never know if you’re going to get a good or bad drink. There were two people in front of me in the drive thru and it took 10 minutes to serve 3 people. It may seem silly, but that amount of time in the morning when we are getting to work is huge! The drive thru is very slow. There is an afternoon barista that knows nothing about coffee and messes up orders often. For a better experience, I would not choose this location.

Located in a shopping plaza on the corner. They do have a patio and drive thru. The patio is shared with other businesses.The drive thru does wrap around the back side of the building.Should you park in front of the store and the drive thru line is long, you may be blocked in until the drive thru line moves forward.There's no wheelchair accessibility.There's nothing special about this location versus any other Starbucks location. The line wasn't long. Feedback for the manager is that the workers should be holding a 10 minute conversation with a customer, especially when there's a line.They do offer indoor seating and gender neutral bathrooms. Customers will need to get the code from a worker in order to use the bathroom.

THEY TREAT DELIVERY DRIVERS BAD. If you are a delivery driver do no come to here! I’m not sure if it’s because of my race or just poor service but I was yelled at by the “manager” for picking up my order through the drive thru then she slammed the window in my face saying they didn’t want my service. What does that even mean? So you don’t want drivers to pick up orders? Wow ruined my day.And also this isn’t the first rude encounter I’ve had at this location will not be picking up deliveries from here again.

They serve the drive-through preferentially. Went inside at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and waited 25 minutes for a single latte. Wasn’t even that crowded inside - they just served the drive-through the entire time. Bad management; serve people in-turn, turn cars away if you can’t handle the volume, and/or hire more people.

The service is Hit and miss mostly miss the cashiers be having the absolutely worst attitudes like find another job if you don't like your current job that goes for EVERYONE! they constantly make my drinks wrong and I literally come in so often it shouldn't be made wrong. I get it tho they will be busy that's cool its Way busy at my job if not more busy then they would believe. It always feels like there so much tension when u sit down in there lobby it's unbearable. There are only like 3 of the employees that actually deserve a tip there truly the nicest people .

Placed a mobile order around 530am , had to wait a bit in the drive thru lane but it qas to be expected given the time of morning.Guy at drive thru was nice and friendly when I got my order.Offered drink holder and order was accurate for the girls and I at work.Coworker always gets Banana bread so I presume it's good, certainly smelled good. Other coworker got the mango dragon fruit drink.I look forward to doing another pick up order, it's a nice treat that helps us get through the day.
