I went here to get a water for my 1.5 year old and they refused service even though i said I would pay for the cup since its usually like 25 cents for the cup and they refused. FOR A CHILD. Rachel was the employee that was extremely rude. Its 100 degrees plus in vegas. My child already drank his water. Crazy. Super disappointed.

I ordered Starbucks on DoorDash and they couldn’t even read any of the comments I put in for my coffee. They sent me an empty bag that said sorry we were sold out of an item get a refund from DoorDash. I’m appalled at Starbucks. This company had gone so downhill and I will never ever return to Starbucks again.

This is a dark roast with a splash of half and half. I tipped and asked for the barista to remake the first one because it was mostly cream and this is the 2nd coffee. This happens almost every time I come here and the coffee is very weak/watered down. Only at this location. I love Starbucks and I will have to stop going to this location because it’s a regular issue.

I’ve given the Starbucks so many chances just to get a regular coffee with some vanilla and cream made correctly. Sometimes it’s filled over the top spilling everywhere or they forget the vanilla, or they forget the cream. I’m really not sure how this can happen. The wait is so long most of the time. I’m just going to go inside the Smiths in the same parking lot because the lady that works there in the morning is amazing and actually cares about getting your drink right. So, if you’re like me and hate this Starbucks, I would recommend going to Smith’s.

I get that you are closed. SO, WHY DON'T YOU POST YOUR HOURS OF SERVICE ON THE DOOR? Then you will not have customers knocking on your door or drive thru window simply trying to ask what your hours of service are. And you will not have to train your employees to act as if the person knocking doesn't even exist.

Convenient location off 215 or 95 on North Durango in the Montecito Shopping Center. Free parking with handicap parking and handicap access. Interior is very nice, neat and cozy. The staff was great, very friendly, cheerful and happy. They work well together. Wait in line was minimal. Short wait for the coffee. They accept credit cards. Indoor and outdoor seating is provided. There is drive up service.

Ordered a Hot White Chocolate Mocha for delivery. Did not get that. Taste like black coffee with cream. Doesnt even taste anything like white chocolate. No sugar. The amount they charge is criminal when they put out shit products like this.
