Disappointed in the staff working tonight. Wanted to order a brown sugar shaken espresso with no ice because I put my drink in the fridge so I can have it in the morning since I don't usually have time to stop before work. First girl was kind and asked if I wanted extra oatmilk since there would be room do to not having ice and I said sure. Then another girl came over the speaker and said we can't do that drink with no ice but didn't have an explanation just went silent. I was confused and told her I've ordered it many times before. She told me she's not sure what location because it's policy they can't do that. I told her I had ordered it from that location because it's the one I always go to. She then with serious attitude tells me they can't do it because without ice the drink will explode in her face. I was kind the entire time with my questions since I was genuinely confused as to why all of a sudden it's 'policy' but I was given no explanation. Some training on how to treat other humans is seriously needed here.

I have been coming to this location for the last year since it is the closest location for me, but the last few months or so they consistently don't fill my cup to the top. And occasionally they completely leave out something in my order. Every other location does not seem to have this issue. Today I got there while the girl was finishing making my drink so I just asked her to fill the cup up since they tend not to and she said okay and deliberately did not fill it to the top. Pretty poor service if you ask me.

Can someone from Starbucks Please Tell Me What Grind you use in the pre ground bags you sell? I have tried 3 bags of Guatemala and the employees have sent me home with the worst coffee I've ever had. Love Guatemala coffee and despite mentioning "please give me the grind in your pre ground bags, it's never right. I gave up.

i always buy here because it's closer and more convenient. This is the 2nd time they didn't put caramel drizzle, which i paid for it. The 1st time i let it go because i know being in customer service and being busy u forget. But today, i want to go back but i have a screaming child in my van that doesn't want to go back. And take note, i always tip (cash) every time i order, either mobile app or over there. And most of the baristas energy are off. Even you hand the tip, they'll say thank you but the energy will be like just go. i always say have a nice day all the time. I wish, they'll put Dutch Bros around this area, Hualapai is way too far. i hate complaining because i work in a customer service too, but come on. Dutch Bros baristas are more nice and their good vibes are great!

I will never return to this location, or any others. I've had bad experiences with many of the Las Vegas locations in the Northwest. My family and I stood at the cou ter for about 10 minutes before anyone said a word to us. This is unacceptable! They didn't even acknowledge we walked in. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes before we got our drinks. My wife and I ordered a Carmel crunch as advertised. It didn't even have the little crunchy things in it.The girls that work there seem to pay more attention to the drive through than the customers inside the building.All in all, this visit here was frustrating and unprofessional.It's pretty sad that an Albertsons or Target store is faster and more friendly than the actual Starbucks location.
