Customer service is horrible. Staff were upset because I walked in 5 min before closing(was unaware of I’m sorry) …. Was looked at dirty upon walking in and ignored when I said hello.. which is okay but very upsetting when you purposely walk away from the front just so you don’t take my order… I’m just over the customer service now with Starbucks it’s not like it used to be unfortunately/: very upsetting considering I go almost every day but just moved to this side of town and this is the only one opened over here /: With that being said I ended up leaving and telling the barista to have a good day… which made his day (: looks like no more Starbucks for me sadly just over the bad experiences.

Normally, I don’t review Starbucks, but today a professional person behind the Starbucks bar actually went above and beyond. She made the drink a little special because she noticed I was struggling to find an order for myself. It is those moments where a company shines in my book. She didn’t have to do anything but she took the time. Excellent work.

The young lady with brunette hair that's working the shift currently told us we HAD to pay in order to USE their RESTAURANT. Disgusting service.
I would never give my money to a store who lacks empathy!!!!! Shame on this associate. This location will never get my support again.

I normally don’t complain ever I’ve gone here so many times but I’m so annoyed this place is fast fast pace well it wasn’t this morning when I got him asked for a TRENTA it’s even labeled as Trent’s how the hell did this girl give me the smallest drink what the heck. She then laughed and said do you want me to remake it girl you are looking at me like I asked for the wrong size I did not it was your mistake it was the way she acted that pissed me off I had to take the little one to get to work but it’s the whole purpose and the attitude

Customer horrible and drinks not made correctly should have extra pecan and extra pump of pecan syrup and caramel drizzle. I asked for banana nut bread hot fresh they did 3 times the one I have not hot like my location I visit all the times this location failed me again and that's why I'm writing a review this time. I understand they busy but treat and do customer drinks correctly.
