I come here often and the staff usually are pretty good about getting orders right. Never had any issues they are super friendly.

Lately there have been have a ton of workers in back but us customers coming in have to wait extensive wait times for the app customers which I normally don’t care about. However my past few orders my drinks have been sloppy missing ingredients or have to be corrected and I’m getting annoyed. This location is the only one I can go to for work but I may have to just start going to Dunkin if this isn’t fixed. Signed a very grumpy educator

Jay makes bomb coffee here! This is one of the most warm and welcoming locations to get Starbucks and they make everything in point! The team is amazing. Thank you!

Was disappointed to learn the couldn't make my drink I wanted. Was told they discontinued it, but the lady did offer a substitute that was similar. Ended up ordering a different drink entirely but she was very nice the whole time. Inside was mostly clean, needed to sweep and mop a little. The music playing wasn't my favorite choice but it wasn't too loud.

Since when did Starbucks start charging for watercups or cups of ice ? Smh its the summer with temperatures going over 100° and they can't even give you an extra cup of ice or anything. Hope you enjoy your job Jasmine and Junior smh take shit to serious. You guys need better customer service skills

I was there yesterday and bought an ice americano and ice latte and After 2 hours I went there again to ask refill for “ICE COFFE” which is also called “Cold brew” but the girl with green hair told me “you can not have refill “ and I was like what do you mean I’ve been here almost every day last 10 days( because of my work) and I’ve been Also doing this in different Starbucks locations without issue and they always do that, and then she went to ask her coworkers if I can have refill and other girls said no( one of the girls is almost there everyday and she saw me before when I was getting refill) and teenager green hair girl told me again I can’t get refill because I bought “ice americano” not “ice coffee” 😂 and I said I’m not asking you “ice americano” I know you can’t give me that, I’m asking you “ice coffee” ( cold brew) but still she was having hard time to understand what I’m asking and this time she went inside to ask their manager and the guy came out and asked me “ what is the issue?” I was like “ there is no issue, I’m just asking refill and he checked my drink cup and said “ ohh you bought ice americano I can’t give you that” and I said “ I’m not asking you ice americano, I’m asking you ice coffee and that’s different” and he asked me if I bought from that store? Which is non make sense because I can get refills from any Starbucks stores as Long as it’s purchased in same day, and I told him yes I bought it from them. Finally had a refill. They were just trying to be rude and acting like owner of the company. Uneducated teenager girls that’s it. I’ve been spending money for Starbucks every day but it looks like they don’t need our money anymore. Good luck.

Customer service is horrible. Staff were upset because I walked in 5 min before closing(was unaware of I’m sorry) …. Was looked at dirty upon walking in and ignored when I said hello.. which is okay but very upsetting when you purposely walk away from the front just so you don’t take my order… I’m just over the customer service now with Starbucks it’s not like it used to be unfortunately/: very upsetting considering I go almost every day but just moved to this side of town and this is the only one opened over here /:
With that being said I ended up leaving and telling the barista to have a good day… which made his day (:
looks like no more Starbucks for me sadly just over the bad experiences.

Normally, I don’t review Starbucks, but today a professional person behind the Starbucks bar actually went above and beyond. She made the drink a little special because she noticed I was struggling to find an order for myself. It is those moments where a company shines in my book. She didn’t have to do anything but she took the time. Excellent work.
