Every single SBUX allows us to order our 5 year old a short cup of strawberry inclusion chips. Some charge us 0.50-$1, depending. Which we don’t mind at all, it’s a fun thing our kid loves to order himself. Not this store. Wouldn’t even consider it. Pretty sad. I’m not going to pay for an entire drink just to get one scoop. Big fail

Has the exact same layout as the Starbucks that we visit in Reno when we stay at the Hilton!! Oddly comforting.

I wnt throught the drive thru order a Venti iced vanilla almond milk latte. The first drink tasted like water. Went back through to have the drink remade. The next drink had no vanilla. I work and do not have the time to go through the drive thru multiple times. Then called Starbuck, they did not refund the full amount. They keep the tax on the drink. What a joke!!

I have gone there 2 times in a row and have ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, the 1st time it tatsed like nohting but coffee figured everyone has a bad day, went today and the same thing all coffee, if i wanted all coffee tatse i would have ordered black coffee, i can go to any other starbucks and have a great vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it tastes AMAZING! wont be going back here ever again.

90% ice 10% drink - not cool, all for nearly $10. I didn't know I had to inspect my drink before leaving the location. Now I know better.
Thank you for your response... I appreciate your recommendation to ask for the beverage to be remade. But it is hard to do so when one gets on the highway or drives away. It would not be convenient and a waste of time. It would be nice for staff to make the beverage right from the start.
The baristas are always friendly and go out of their way to have an actual conversation with you. They've never messed up my order and they always write cute messages on my cup. I appreciate their customer service. It is a lost art these days.
I've lived by this store over 5 years and also purchase my coffees here every once in a while when the weather gets hot I would stop and ask for a simple small cup of ice and it would be no issue today was different seems like my community is no longer kind I was told I couldn't have a cup of ice unless I made a purchase I offered to pay for the ice cup and was told there was no button. Human kindness is not associated with this Starbucks

Friendly and accommodating staff!
My church men's group has been meeting here weekly for months now and it is always a great experience. The staff seem to have gotten to know our routine and are always very friendly.
