How does this location have less than 5 stars?!? I've honestly never even reviewed a Starbucks before cuz they've all been so terrible, consistently, that I felt it was imperative that I left this stellar review!! I live less than a mile from this location and let me tell you, they understand the art of the BOSE (BrownSugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) Time and time again I've had to wait in the chat cue for their customer service to complain about my terribly made BOSE - from airports, to stand alone locations - I'm forced to answer basic questions and provide photos of my experience so I can then be refunded and thus, vindicated. (Use this hack on their website) But not here! This place kills it every time and the customer service is amaze balls. The staff is fast and friendly, and although they seem to have a network of regulars they love to chat with - they never engage with me, and that really means a lot to me. Food is great! Ambiance is on point, for a grocery store. But what's really important is that they're a mile from my house.

I stopped at this location because I was waiting on my son to come out of the EOS gym. I must say the service here was very nice. It was kind of busy at this location, but it was also clean and I got 3 caramel Frappuccino extra caramel very delicious & a good amount of caramel as well.

I'm only writing this because of Miss Ria.. She was pleasant ... fast and very efficient ... I know its just a coffee place but I had an Uber running and I was out before my 2 minute timer was up lol ... Thank you for allowing me to get my "pick me up" and be on time for work ... off to The night shift I go !!!!!

Whoever is the manager here, maybe you shouldn't leave someone who is brand new by themselves. She didn't even know what the Stars Rewards were! I was trying to use my rewards points for my free drink. She first took it off my least expensive drink and I asked her to fix it then she proceeds to charge me for both drinks and says she doesn't know what the Star Rewards are?!! Do better with your training. I ALWAYS come here and never have a problem do this was disappointing.
