I stopped visiting the drive thru at st rose/eatern because my iced coffee was never good- oat milk more often than not was not shaken so clumps and my coffee looked like dirty water.
I have to say the last few visits have been great. Perfect.
And I love the falafel pocket. Never stop selling those.
This is hands down my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is amazing — super welcoming and always in a good mood. The morning shift is the truth! Ain’t nothing like them, they start my day off right every time. Big shoutout to Jackie too — she’s the absolute best! Always so kind, professional, and makes my drink perfect every single time. Y’all are the reason I keep coming back. Keep shining, y’all! ✨☕️
Paid for food and waited for about 10 minutes. One worker was doing their job, the other did nearly nothing. Just stood there. He was taking orders and just standing there, I was confused and left as I had a bus I did not want to miss, but what upset me was the fact that my order did not have to be made, it was ready to be grabbed by the baristas, but one behind the counter was doing absolutely nothing. I would have said something if I hadn't been so dumbfounded by the utter inaction displayed.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. People are rude and really didn't want to be there.

Went in right before work to get a matcha latte and I always get almond or coconut milk due to my lactose intolerance… I also get the vanilla cold foam up top (non dairy if they have the option not all locations do for some odd reason) and caramel drizzle in the cup… my drink took about. 20 minutes for some odd reason when they’re was 1 person ahead of me when I placed my order… then I get my drink no caramel drizzle and I’m almost certain from the way my stomach is doing gymnastics at work right now they put regular milk in my latte although I heard the guy remind her that my latte had oat milk… not sure if she had a personal prejudice against me or not but I wont go there just not sure why you’d PURPOSELY make someone’s drink wrong and be rude for no reason? Usually have pleasant experiences at most Starbucks but not this location…
The hot coffee I got served up this morning was so watered down it was just nuts.
You know that weird plasticy taste you get when you pour hot water into a paper cup and just drink that?
There was more of THAT taste, than there was of actual coffee.
It’s $3.20 for a coffee. Can you guys at least not water it down?
Also, they don’t serve dark roast at this location according to the app.
Kind of a bummer.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a white chocolate mocha, but they gave me a white mocha. This is the 2nd time in one week where Starbucks got the order wrong.

Very expensive products and not comparable to any Italian bar. It disappointed me a lot. Unfortunately the products around are worse so despite everything it stands out. But how can you pay 4.05 dollars for a croissant here which in Italy I pay 1 euro for??

Experience with this Starbucks is that they’re always getting my order wrong. I always have to get it remade or they’re missing the ingredient in it. They’re very rude. Every time I come up there. It’s like a long line waiting. They’ll come to the window and then walk away I had to drive off today because I’m just so tired of the disrespect. I spent too much money there for them to treat their customers how they have treated their customers so far.
I love this location. The service is always above and beyond and the staff is amazing! I redeemed my birthday drink and when I received it the young lady working in the drive thru had written a birthday message on my lid. It’s small things like this which keep me a loyal customer. Thank you, Mia ?
