I used the drive-thru. The team communicated very well with each other and me. They made me aware my large order will take a couple minutes. I love that they did not make me feel rush to leave the drive-thru while putting down my hot drinks.

I went in yesterday and was surprised at the environment. The baristas seemed happy to be there. I think it was the manager and she was helping with the crowd and the team worked well together. It was nice to see given the rush that was there when I was.

Was handed two food items. Im the only one in the car… “here’s your food”. Can I have a bag. “Ok”
Received cortado “it’s hot”. No sleeve…..
Nothing but a blank stare of “go away”. I say have a good day. Then a reply ……
Stop asking for tips. Starbucks needs a better policy. Increase the workers wages, I feel like I’m helping the ceo keep
His profit projections for the shareholders. Serve Cortados to the people working the drive through. A little caffeine could help whatever is going on in their lives for a brief moment. How many items do I need to buy before a bag is used to pack up the items.

Worse thing about it. I can walk in and the store is empty. But it still take 10 mins to get a drink because they are doing mobile orders. Takes away from the experience of going in to order

I stopped visiting the drive thru at st rose/eatern because my iced coffee was never good- oat milk more often than not was not shaken so clumps and my coffee looked like dirty water.
I have to say the last few visits have been great. Perfect.
And I love the falafel pocket. Never stop selling those.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is amazing — super welcoming and always in a good mood. The morning shift is the truth! Ain’t nothing like them, they start my day off right every time. Big shoutout to Jackie too — she’s the absolute best! Always so kind, professional, and makes my drink perfect every single time. Paid for food and waited for about 10 minutes. One worker was doing their job, the other did nearly nothing. Just stood there. He was taking orders and just standing there, I was confused and left as I had a bus I did not want to miss, but what upset me was the fact that my order did not have to be made, it was ready to be grabbed by the baristas, but one behind the counter was doing absolutely nothing. I would have said something if I hadn't been so dumbfounded by the utter inaction displayed.
