Staff is very friendly and nice. They made my day yesterday when I had a negative experience at another fast food place by drawing a smiley face on the cups of my drinks which were water and a Mango Drangonfruit Refesher. This is the closet Starbucks to my home so I will be visiting a lot when able to.

As a thriller and romance author, I spend a lot of time in Starbucks. I stopped here to work on my next thriller novel while grabbing a chai and a snack. This Starbucks sits just off the Strip on Flamingo Road with plenty of easy parking, which makes it a favorite for locals and commuters. It’s busy all day but still comfortable enough to write for a while.
A lot of people bring laptops, so it’s clear this isn’t just a tourist stop. I even noticed several out-of-state plates, mostly from Southern California. Inside, there are several bistro tables and a long leather bench for side-by-side seating, plus a few larger tables for laptop work and chargers. The layout keeps the flow organized with one area for ordering and another for waiting on drinks or food. There’s also a drive-through for quick stops.
The music runs a little loud for my taste, but it masks background chatter well. The staff were friendly, the drinks were well made, and the food was as expected. I jotted a few new ideas for Grant Colson’s next scene while finishing my drink. Overall, this is one of the most accessible Starbucks locations near the Strip and a great spot to write.

Horrible place to get food or coffee or hot chocolate from. And when I told them the hot chocolate and coffee was watery they got upset with me and said well what exactly is the matter with it. I suggested they make it the way they made it for me and try it. They were rude and the food was half cook still frozen. Never again!!

Went here a few times. Two out of four times the drinks were not good. My latte was too milky. Did a mobile pick up one time in the morning and the order was ready immediately. The other three times was drive through.

I go to this location at least 2-3times a week, the young lady I encountered today at 643am was rude and extremely high temperedbat the drive thru window. I had to get out of my car and go inside today to address this issue that I had with young lady. Honestly I'll drive the 5min the opposite direction to get my coffee from now on! I work high dollar resort contracts so I'm highly aware of what she deal with when it comes to tourists at this location that being said I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH SOMEONE THE WAY I DEALT WITH TODAY. She did not have the same behavior with person ahead of me and I noticed she did not have the same person after me as I was already in the store. So it has me wondering is it because of customer if the fact that I'm an African American. Because this is not the first time I've been DEALT with in this manner. The woman whom I think is of Indian decent has been extremely rude as well.... I not only order for myself but co workers as well so this bizzare. I will drive to Dutch Bros up the street because I can say I've NEVER been treat the way I have at this Starbucks!

This Starbucks is terrible I just spent over $8 dollars on a latte that tastes like crap they will lose another customer
Mobile order took 34 minutes There were 10 of them working absolutely ridiculous

This Starbucks is a bit off strip and airport area so it’s in a good location. They took my order and repeated it back to my perfectly and still made my drink wrong. The line for the drive thru line is long long so expect to wait 15-20 minutes. My drink was remade and is okay now but still not up to regular Starbucks standards.
