Look another Starbucks and another Starbucks that has a broken oven. How can a Starbucks not have two ovens? Starbucks is really turning into the worst company ever. It’s crazy how they went from a coffee with a great vibe to a place that never has proper inventory for working machines. I give up I’m never going to Starbucks ever again.

Unexpected Videos

This morning I tried to grab a nitro, only to find out the person from yesterday's shift forgot to prep it, and they were out. But Isabelle truly saved the day! She was amazing and felt genuinely terrible about it. I told her it wasn't her fault, since someone else dropped the ball, but she made it right. Huge thanks to Isabelle for sorting it out!

I waited in line and sadly even after while was not greeted or informed of any wait time, even though there was only one person ahead of me. While I continued waiting, a grocery store employee stepped in front of me and another paying customer to have the barista stop and get her ice. I understand everyone has a role, but paying customers should feel some kind of value—even a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Letting the store employee, who’s already there for an 8-hour shift, skip ahead of customers felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere in hopes of better service. Respectfully.

Starbucks has a good product however the staff is very inconsistent. Getting a good staff is essential. Time of day, investment in their job is key. Most store training is lacking. Tjeir baked goods are canned and lacking. They should take their lead from starbucks in Germany, superior to even the mega store on michigan ave in Chicago
