5 stars for this Starbucks. I’ve only come here twice to read and take notes while my son is tutoring in the area. Today there was an incident with some teenagers that had gotten out of school. They came to Starbucks got free water and then proceeded to throw their trash all over the drive-through also throw water at each other above my head while I sat and read my book. When I turned around and confronted them, they all verbally assaulted me. Thanks to one of the employees Kenyan, inside he came out to my defense. I can’t imagine what these workers deal with on a daily basis from these kids nowadays. I’m so grateful he was there to protect me. I don’t blame Starbucks for not giving free water out anymore. Maybe it will make people appreciate something if they have to purchase it.

Your manager here isn’t trained on customer service what so ever. He’s ok with not fulfilling your orders then proceeds to hang up the phone in your face, about them missing items . I made an order through the app and he hung up saying call DoorDash when I didn’t place an order with DoorDash . so DoorDash refused to help ! The least you coulve done was be trained on services you offer if you don’t know the policy then get me to someone who does . A hour phone call later Called corporate Starbucks to complain and guess what REFUND ! I’ve never hated Starbucks so much till this guy came about if I have to order I’ll go around this location . I hope DoorDash removes them from their services as well

It's Starbucks, so pretty standard. This one has a very fast and efficient drive through. They ask for food orders first so they can start cooking them faster and keep everything moving smoothly. I had 6 people in front of me and it was extremely fast!
Vegetarian options: I know there is at least one vegetarian option but i do not know what it is.

I'm not from Las Vegas. I'm from Florida. And this Starbucks has a little ghetto. I just wanted to get a drink. Now stand here for 15 minutes while they were taking care of the drive-thru. And finally I got my drink it was super sweet I couldn't even drink it. Never again!
