Whoever does the scheduling for this particular starbucks needs to be fired. One person working at 800am for 2 days in a row. Definitely not fair to her or the 10 customers she has backed up. Shame on management.

The flat white was good. The only comment I have about the latte, my order was without fume and I got one with less fume. Staff there are friendly.

This worker didn’t even wash my cup there was soap also water and he poured milk on it and blended it and gave it to me I asked for a white chocolate mocha…I even asked for a cake pop the guy was slow or something he gave me a muffin like…I asked for a cake pop not a muffin

I ordered a grande latte with out foam and they gave me a half a cup even though I paid full price. This is unacceptable and I will not going back ever again.

I have been loyal to Starbucks for ages and for the first time I feel shocked and so disappointed!!!! I have asked for a cup of water with my drink as usual and the big surprise was They charged me for the cup of water and not only this, I was not able to drink it because of the bad taste!!!! What’s going on Starbucks ????? Give me an explanation please!!!!

If you’re in a rush just go somewhere else because that’s what you’ll have to do anyway. No one is ever there or they are cleaning the machine every time I go which takes 20 minutes. Then there’s my personal favorite that they don’t have a blender or are out of basically every drink. Most of the girls are nice but it’s just irritating that it’s always a hassle to get a drink.

The barista’s here are so friendly but I come to this location a few times every week and they’re never there. Usually nobody is there so after waiting someone comes from the back and tells me it’ll be a 20+ minute wait so I have to leave. I’ve never experienced this, every time... I started going to another location because they are never available. When they’re open everything is great but they are never open lol.
