Whoever does the scheduling for this particular starbucks needs to be fired. One person working at 800am for 2 days in a row. Definitely not fair to her or the 10 customers she has backed up. Shame on management.
Donna was our cashier and the friendliest employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a Starbucks. She went out of her way to make the guest feel welcome and satisfied with their visit and drinks. She took time to specially make coffee that was not brewed, hand delivered it, checked on us to see how we were and if we were satisfied, and I witnessed her doing this with all the guests at this busy location. Multitasking and having great teamwork with her coworkers...
This is a great place to go to have a wonderful hot coffee or even Frappuccino, even have a small bite to eat or dessert rather it be breakfast or lunch . Starbucks is always pleasing people, and it's nice to sit around their coffee shop and listen to the music and just relax and take in the moment or 2 of your own.. I recommend this place.
