Some staff are helpful but there’s one staff in particular who is NOT helpful and sarcastic! You will know who she is when you see her - she has a very arrogant vibe! She even has the audacity to tell you that you don’t have to buy from them! For real?!?Reading through the reviews seems like I’m not the only one with experience with rude staff, management should do something about this!

We've been going there for years. Last time we ordered dinner that used to come with desert, no more! Also asked for dinner rolls with my order of prime beef, they charged me 2$ more. Next tine in might be butter a 1$ a patty. We're not going back! Bad news manage.

Shout out to this Starbucks for making me the worst caramel frappe I have ever had in my entire 26 years of living. I didn’t even want a remake because it was so terrible. The girls were so nice but I just couldn’t trust them to make another one.. it was that bad.

I really don’t leave reviews for coffee but Stephanie went out of her way to make my drink how I like it she was super nice about it and accommodating I will drive all the way for north Las Vegas just to have her help me. FYI and she is super quick.I wish more people wrote nice reviews instead only bad one.
