Today, November 25, 2025, at 2:14 pm, I went to buy a coffee. The cashier was helping someone else and told me she would be with me soon. But she came over to where I was, and there were the tips. She opened the tip container and collected the money right in front of me. I felt like the woman was afraid I was going to steal the tips. I don't think that's the right time to collect tips because she gave me the impression that she thought I was going to steal. That's disrespectful to the customer. I felt bad and went to another Starbucks to buy my coffee.

I have to say this morning when I walked in here I saw the most amazing group of people working together it actually brought joy to my heart as I watched everybody to play an amazing active teamwork. How far to this team you guys are amazing and enjoyable to watch

Check your receipt they over charge for hot tea because they don’t have a specific button for it. I got a partial refund, but you shouldn’t knowingly over charge. Just do a custom order amount… of the correct amount.

Used to work for Starbucks this location is embarrassing Do they even take the coffee classes.Work on learning the hot drinks. 3 times I’ve ordered and the drinks taste like water.What a waste of money.

Pay $8 for something that doesn't really jive with what you ordered. I am simple, an all shot cappuccino w/hazelnut tall/large what ever! Get a small no hazelnut! I will try and stick with the Whole foods by the airport! The froth is thick and the hazelnut is tasty!! Sad they open at 08:00?

The actual staff was awesome, im just confused about the brown sugar oat milk drink. Half the time I receive it, it’s great & the other half it’s bitter and tastes watered down. Anytime my drink looks like this I just know it’s gonna be terrible but it’s so frustrating because when made correctly it’s great. And it’s every location, not just this one
