Why would I recommend a business that isn't open during the assigned business hours. Its 6:54pm and it's closed when the hours say open until 8pm. Wasted my damn gas coming here.

Used to work for Starbucks this location is embarrassing Do they even take the coffee classes.Work on learning the hot drinks. 3 times I’ve ordered and the drinks taste like water.What a waste of money.

The guy that works in this Starbucks is super nice & always does my drinks right but there is one younger girl that should not be talking about her problems in front of customers js all & all this is my fav Starbucks
3 employees and not one of them acknowledged me when I approached the counter. I'd understand if they were all busy, but they weren't. When I finally did get acknowledged the customer service was poor at best. I have previously visited this Starbucks and asked for extra foam in my drink, they gave me a cup 3/4 full of foam and a little coffee. So this time I ask for "a little extra" and that seemed to annoy the male barista working. "So am I adding extra foam or not?" He said to his coworker as she read my order. He had an attitude about it, which I truly didn't understand. I don't care if my drink is messed up , mistakes happen, but I do care when you have poor customer service. Please do better.

Pay $8 for something that doesn't really jive with what you ordered. I am simple, an all shot cappuccino w/hazelnut tall/large what ever! Get a small no hazelnut! I will try and stick with the Whole foods by the airport! The froth is thick and the hazelnut is tasty!! Sad they open at 08:00?

The actual staff was awesome, im just confused about the brown sugar oat milk drink. Half the time I receive it, it’s great & the other half it’s bitter and tastes watered down. Anytime my drink looks like this I just know it’s gonna be terrible but it’s so frustrating because when made correctly it’s great. And it’s every location, not just this one
