I ordered a venti hot coffee through the mobile app to pickup on my 15 minute break. I get to the counter and they made my coffee iced (it’s raining outside/freezing cold) I don’t have time for them to remake it so I call to get a refund and the manager tells me she can’t do anything over the phone, I have to come back in person.

Rude staff. If you don't tip which why should I when you get my order wrong and make me prep my coffee when I go inside and then at the drive through had me a cup of ice with a stopper and cup cover and don't give me my coffee and scoff at me when I ask if me sweetener is in the cup. No thank you no screw you. Just rude entitled staff.

No outlets, can’t work here. I noticed a lot of Starbucks are blocking their outlets. I guess they don’t want the business of people who sometimes need to work on their computers outside of home. My first and last time here. Actually I’ll skip all Starbucks. Their coffee isn’t great anyway.

I understand everybody’s busy. There was nobody in line 4 people working going back-and-forth and not one person acknowledged or even try to look our way for like 3 to 4 minutes. Waiting for the coffee we noticed how dirty the steaming equipment was. , Not a very happy place like most other Starbucks we visited.
I just left Starbucks I ordered a VT spicy Drangonfuit lemonade EASY ICE(I don’t do ice because not good for my stomach but since it’s 88 degrees I ask for easy iceGot to the window for my Drink full of ice but my ticket say Lite ice. I ask the young lady at the window is this easy ice her response was I didn’t make you drink what you want me to to take some Ice out??I don’t drink coffee. Very seldom go to Starbucks. But listen Linda listen

I mostly order Ice americano with hazelnut when I go to Starbucks, but that same drink tastes really different depending on which location I go to. The location on Sahara & Rye always makes it perfect, but the rainbow & sunset location never makes it right. It's not as nutty and flavourful. It is very flat and just bitter.
