This is the first time I’ve been to a Starbucks where there are no power outlets available in the customer seating area. Because I needed to work, I politely asked the manager if it would be possible to charge my laptop behind the counter.

The manager refused and stated that customers are not allowed to charge devices inside because of “liability,” presenting it as if it were Starbucks policy. After looking into it, this is not an official Starbucks corporate policy, but rather a store-level decision.

What made the experience worse was the sarcastic and dismissive tone used when responding to a reasonable question. If a location chooses to remove or disable customer outlets, that should be clearly communicated, and staff should explain limitations professionally — not incorrectly cite policy or make customers feel uncomfortable for asking.

Starbucks is known as a place to work and study. Unfortunately, this location failed both in basic accommodation and customer service. Very disappointing experience. You manager need better customer service training and of course common sense

This is one of the best Starbucks places I have ever been to!

Mellisa at Starbucks is just awesome! She works the front desk and is always so cheerful and friendly. She’s super helpful and really makes you feel welcome—it’s clear she genuinely cares about making your visit a good one. The customer service left me impressed, and honestly, she made the whole Starbucks experience so much better. Definitely one of best. Also the caramel machiato was just awesome! The Barista made a really pretty design and i was impressed. Five stars. I will so be coming back 😁👍

This has to be THE slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. They totally ignore the lobby and focus on the drive through only. K was in a rush and came inside only to find that I should have just made my own drink. While the staff was nice, that didn't make up for the ridiculous wait time!!!!!!!

This Starbucks has the greatest staff. I go in here decently regularly and order some coffee and sit at a table and do some work on my phone. The staff here gets to know you really quickly. They are so nice! Honestly it's the reason that I go here at all.

Typical Starbucks visit. Very friendly staff. The bathrooms were clean too!

There was even a working diaper changing table in the bathroom stocked with paper towels to put on the charging table. 99% of the time these tables are broken elsewhere. Let alone stocked and clean.

I came in with my pup after walking around the neighborhood for a while, and I ran out of my own water: I shop at Starbucks all the time I have the app and everything. I literally always get enough points so that I can redeem them for a free coffee or a free cup about every month that’s how much I purchase from Starbucks but I’m never ever ever ever ever coming to this location again because when I walked in and asked for water, he told me that unfortunately it’s complementary but only with purchase..
If Starbucks did change the rules then they lost me as a customer 10000%
But considering I was just in a Starbucks the other day, and they gave me complimentary water whoever the guy with the glasses is, I don’t know if he was just being a dick or what but it’s fine let a human being be in 98 degree weather and a customer and deny them of water .

As somebody who has been a customer, but literally just came in to get a cup of water you’ve lost me as a customer at this location, forever and all of my friends. I’m never coming here again for a meeting. I do not care and I’m quite frankly on the verge of just switching over to coffee, bean, or Dutch Bros, because their customer service never denies me a cup of water ever..

great service in the afternoon! seems short staff with how fast they’re working to get those drinks out. nice remodel ! sucks starbucks won’t let you get water without a purchase :( forewarned !!
