Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Pretty simple to create from what I’ve seen. It seems this location has an issue putting a ridiculously tiny amount of coffee and loading it up with cream or milk. How do I get this drink and it’s almost white 😂 Figure it out cause this isn’t the first time. But this will for sure be my last time here.

This location I feel is one of the best ones. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff is always great, and very accurate with orders. Angelique helped me recently, she is amazing! She is so sweet, and also professional and accommodating, which for someone with food insecurities like me, this is a big deal). I love this location.

Just tried to order a drink and they are completely out of classic syrup. The closest substitute they could suggest was sugar packets, which doesn't really work for an iced drink. I also came here a few days ago and they got my drive thru drink order wrong so I had to go back into the store to get it fixed. The people are nice but each visit has been kind of a hassle.

Please make sure you’re acknowledging the guests in line, waited forever for my order to be taken. They made ALL the pickup orders first while people were in line. Waited 10 mins for my drink for it to be COMPLETELY WRONG and she didn’t even notice. It’s happened multiple times as of recently.
