I experienced a lack of service at this location and ultimately had to contact corporate.

I placed my order at 11:26 a.m., with only one customer ahead of me. Despite this, I noticed that several customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. At 11:46 a.m., I asked about the status of my order. The manager, Lisa, asked whether I had ordered at the front and mentioned checking if the stickers had printed, but no one took responsibility or assisted further.

As I was already running late, I requested a refund. However, the staff seemed unsure how to process it since I reload my Starbucks card. I was asked to show my receipt from the app, but the refund process took so long that I eventually decided to leave and return later.

There were three employees working at the time — Lisa was making drinks, and the other two were handling other tasks. I never received my order, and Lisa did not apologize for the inconvenience. Another employee, who tried to help with the refund, did apologize on her behalf.

Overall, the lack of communication and accountability was very disappointing.

4 employees who would rather talk to each other than pay attention to customers! We stood there for almost 5 minutes, hoping someone would notice us. Today I went into the Target location on Tenaya and Cheyenne.. figuring it would be busy due to there only being 10 days til Christmas I was surprised to only see 2 people ahead of me..

Although there were only 2 people it took nearly 25 min to be able to order. There was only one person at the counter named Jada. I get that others need to have a break, but Jada moved without purpose, urgency or anything.

Jada never has a smile on her face,she moves slow and I get that she is newish, but she has been there at least a month and the quality of service was lacking. I frequent this location often and in general,the employees are very friendly and they move at a good pace instead of the glacial one that Jada was moving today.

Not only that. But I noticed that after Jada went on the walkie, a Targey associate came over and was just standing. I caught their gaze a couple of times and after I received my order and

I visited the Starbucks inside the Target on 3210 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, for the first time and was greeted by Tori and Jasmine. This was my first time at this location, and despite the line, I was served promptly. I ordered my go-to drink, an Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and they prepared it perfectly smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Tori and Jasmine were friendly, efficient, and made my experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area!

The African American woman who helped me today, Friday 9/16, was very rude, she made fun of my accent repeatedly, I can't believe they have people like that for customer service. I would like to know how many languages ​​this woman speaks to make fun of a person who speaks two.
