I ordered Carmel creme frap venti I got a smaller one so they made a venti but dumped the smaller cup into the venti then added more. They was more whip creme then anything else. Very disappointed. My chai tea tasted different not like the normal yea

Witnessed an employee dump narcotics right by the food and beverage area right after a fight that happened in the store. The employees did not call police about the fight for the protection of the customers, but then they picked up a pouch with drugs in it and dumped the drugs in the trash while I was ordering my food. Then they laughed at me because i am suing them.

This location is always timely, staff are friendly, and the store is very clean, inside and out. It has a large indoor seating area, and covered outdoor seating. I've never had a bad experience here. Never been chastised for getting someone's pronouns wrong either. Just saying...
Nine times out of ten, when I order the fruit and protein box, it has rotten fruit. Apples are brown and grapes are squishy. I regularly order black iced tea.This is also always a gamble. Are the tea container is not cleaned properly? Today my black iced tea tastes very strongly like passion fruit. I do not like passion fruit. For the prices you charge I should be getting product I order, and it should not be spoiled.

Why can't we put in our own cream and sugar?? They claim it's for "safety " but it's really just to save money. They lost me as a customer because of it. The scones used to be fresh baked too.

I went to Star Bucks 06/05/2024 it's a cozy spot where you can read to some work etc. Staff is amazing and fast
