I stopped by this drive-through to get a Venti mocha hot with light whip. They needed to take my card and charge it because their credit card machine was not working at the drive-through understandable Then they hand me, or the girl I should say, hands me a grand grande mocha with about an inch and a half of whipped cream, one of us for light, which is just a spritz on the top I tell her it's wrong and the attitude and flinging her hair. She asked me to pull forward and I sat there for four minutes and had to pull around to the front and go in. I stand there for a minute and a half and then they asked what I need it and the same girl has that coffee remade just sitting there, so I sat on the other side, waiting from to bring it out for four minutes so now it started to get Luke warm The boy turned his back on me. I'm not joking I'm gay so I can say this. He is absolutely disgrace with his flamboyant attitude that he gives people I'm gay, and there's an appropriateness or not to treat people and he sure should not be treating people the way he does. I asked him to make it again and he did but then they start talking across a little microphones. They should really realize who can understand what they're saying it's really disgusting how bad Starbucks went down and how they've stepped down to hire people with such disgusting trained abilities to handle customers appropriately. When you charging 56 and seven dollars for coffees, we would like it the way we would like it we don't need your attitude we don't need you rolling your eyes flinging your hair or upset because you must make a coffee again This will be reported to the corporate office only found one in this valley that actually seems to really care about their customers and it's by the palms on Arville and flamingo maybe some of these people should go there for their customer service training because they kill So so sad on how you're treated with such a chain and they want to be union and they want to make more money but they can't provide customer service or even listen and take your order correctly Venti Mika light whip.... Mika's do not come with foam and the guy put an inch and and a half of the foam so you pay for a Venti but it's realistically like you're getting a grande. This is how I get back to you. Located on Tropicana Ave heading away west, convenient drive thru coffee fix. The almond milk frappe was solid but the cheese and bacon bites were way to oily to consume. As expected in Vegas, it’s pricey. Service didn’t move very fast but there was no line up at the drive thru so the wait wasn’t too bad.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menuDietary restrictions: Non dairy milk options available for coffees and teasParking: Free parking lot on site, plenty of parking even during the busy morning time

Came at 4 pm to pick up an in store mobile order. Sign says cafe is open until 7pm and to call their store if it was out of that time. Called the number, no one picked up. Someone was cleaning and said to through the drive through. They told me it wasn't ready. Waited 15 min& my drink tasted like they forgot how to make it

Since Starbucks boils the cappuccino milk as standard, I specifically didn't ask for a hot cappuccino, but rather a "warm" cappuccino. Unbelievable, but they can't even manage that. The milk was simply heated to almost 100°C.Apart from the fact that the milk sugar becomes bitter at these temperatures, Starbucks should learn to make sensible coffee.Disappointing...

I come here only because it’s right next to my job. Today I ordered through postmastes and was very pacific on my order with the barista got wrong. This happens in drive through and walk 9:30-noon don’t know if they just rush through to get people in and out but think I will be leaving my house a few minutes earlier to go another Starbucks from now on . There are maybe two workers that are nice and get things correct but mostly order is always wrong and my job I can’t just leave I am the only one in the store .

Placed the mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived. Only got the drink ready when I walked into the store. I asked the female barista at pickup table telling her I still have a bagel for my order. She just replied it will be out soon without checking. 10 minutes passed the estimate pickup time and no bagel. I had to asked the male barista to check my order again and found out my bagel wasn't even prepared yet?

Online ordered coffee and plain bagel. Said order is ready but only is coffee is there. Barista refuse to check the oven to see if the bagel is in there, I don't know what type of pre-cut plain bagel takes 25 min to heat
