I just had the worst experience here, I've been coming here for years before going to work and yet Today Vivian whom who took my order literally was arguing with me on a factual thing of my starbucks account when I wanted to just pay with points and I use my account to do that, I was explaining to her that every person I pay with my app was never argumentative or hostile by me using my app, yet Vivian was and I told her that she needed to stop and she didn't. Definitely, she is not customer service and doesn't possess any professional skills to problem solving in communication her attitude it seemed to me always argumentative and hostile. If I were to be the manager I would reconsider having her as an employee since you can't be mis behaving and having an attitude with customers, if you are doing it with a lady, imagine whom she can be treating next a person that will not tolerate this type of behavior.

I went in this morning for the first time since I returned for the Holidays. This will be my last visit here as I found out that my favorite employee is no longer here. It was obvious by her former co workers reaction that I am not the only one who finds this upsetting. I do not understand why anyone that bright and kind would EVER be dismissed. I will say that this store seems to run smoothly but that the manager is not quite up tp date with the employees here. I hope that the manager here reviews her decision and asks Em back. I am a daily customer and was greeted by name every day by this employee as was my kiddo. She made us feel at home and ALWAYS went out of her way to make everyone's experience there as pleasant as can be. I discussed this with a few employees there this morning 12-28-2023 and it seems as if all of the workers there are equally as appalled by the managers decision one of them stating that they no longer feel secure at this store stating that they feel that Em was by far the best and now they feel they could be let go at anytime since it was such a surprise. Bring that kiddo back and get yourself right! I teach at the middle school next door and will be instituting a boycott of one as of now but I will never go back and will say to all of the teaching staff here not to go back as we all LOVED LOVED and still LOVE this employee and feel saddened that she is no longer there. WHAT an EFFING SHAME. I have also sent an email directly to the district manager for this location Mitzie Medina as will all my fellow teachers.

Friendly staff & drinks are always good. This location is clean. It’s closer to a school so there are kids taking a “break” from school (they’re usually acting ok so that’s not an issue)

I have never been to a Starbucks where there isn't a line in the drive thru! Service was excellent and fast! The employee that took my order was very friendly and confirmed my order on the first try.

This Starbucks location was the best I have ever been too. I have never been to a Starbucks where I liked the coffee and this one really did a great job. I have never had such great coffee in my life.
